In July, we bought a Hyundai Tucson from this dealership, and our manager, Michael Patrick, was an absolute professional. We don’t speak much English and were worried about navigating the buying process. But Michael made it incredibly easy and comfortable for us.

He communicated with us through Google Translate, was super patient, and answered all of our questions. Thanks to his hard work and professionalism, we not only bought the car but were also really happy with our purchase. We’re so glad Michael was our manager, and we definitely think he deserves a promotion!

Horrible experience with servicing. Had to wait more than 3 hours for servicing(multi point inspection was part of it) with an appointment on Friday. Come Tuesday low engine oil light is on in 4 days. The car has a total of less than 15k miles and this was my 2nd servicing with this dealership. Question is whether the engine oil was changed even the first time. Called dealership response got, latest available appointment in 15 days, can drop off my car with no guarantees of getting the car back the same day. After wasting more than 3 hours on Friday the least you could do is promptly look into a mess up.

Edit: I went in the next day morning without an appointment and they took care of the issue promptly.

Had a great experience from start to finish - went two weeks early to test drive the Hyundai Tucson Limited Hybrid- always good to know what you want before going - then it came down to the X3 and this car - needless to say they handle the same but the Hyundai had way more features, better fuel efficiency, the best warranty out there and excellent service! It took me forever to get from Brooklyn to this location (3 hours by train, subway and Uber) but got there and they were very efficient with my time - I had pre-completed the credit app, and insurance- so all I really had to do is show up and sign everything. They made buying a new car enjoyable and stress-free! Tariek and Kanishka were a great team and made me feel welcome and appreciated! Highly recommend this dealership! No fuss No Muss - efficiency all the way! Best day!

We had a pleasant experience at Rt1 Hyundai while dealing with Jeff Lewis who was our sales representative. I have been dealing with Rt 1 Hyuandai for over 1 yr now with regards to our previous 2 cars. This time around as well we were not disappointed and Jeff took us through all the details on financing and lease options and made us really comfortable in understanding the process in a simplistic way. Jeff is indeed on top of his work, very humble, well equipped with the knowledge around his area and was able to answer all of our queries. It definitely took long hours of discussion, healthy back and forth negotiations but the end was sweet and worth the wait. Just leased a 2024 Santa Fe Calligraphy at Route 1 Hyundai. The experience with sales consultant Michael P. was excellent. He answered all finance questions completely, and no numbers changed at all throughout the process. His knowledge of the vehicles was impressive. When it was time to sign the paperwork, Sharif made us feel at ease, and was completely efficient.
