If you are looking for a Hyundai you must go to Advantage Hyundai in Hicksville! We walked in looking for the Santa Fe for my father and were greeted by Tricia. Let me tell you, I have been leasing cars for 20 years now and Tricia was the absolute best sales person ever! Tricia listened to my every need especially our budget. She was extremely professional and worked with us to get within our price range. It was the quickest and easiest deal ever! Tricia worked along side with Willie in Finance to get us a price and Willie was even kind enough to come and shake my fathers hand to thank him for his service. The sales manager Christian finalized everything and made that process quick and easy also. We were so lucky to have dealt with all the professionals here (especially Tricia). I purchased a Hyundai Sonata from this dealership, and before making my decision, I spent nearly four weeks visiting almost every dealership in Long Island. Although I ended up paying a slightly higher price due to my brother’s low credit score, the exceptional customer service made all the difference. The team handled everything smoothly, minimizing any hassle on our end. They even stayed until 10 PM to assist us when we encountered an issue with our card, which truly showed their commitment.

Despite the pricing challenge caused by my credit situation, they went the extra mile by offering additional service and warranty packages outside of the bank’s financing terms to make up for it. That level of customer care is why I ultimately chose to purchase my car from here, and without a doubt, this will be my go-to dealership in the future.

My lease was up in February and Shantelee called me and said come in to discuss early buyback options. I went in and hours later I was leasing a 2025 Hyundai Elantra. I felt very welcomed not pressured and Shantelee got me exactly what I asked for. She walked me through everything even followed up with phone calls and texts to make sure I was happy. Would recommend her if you are looking for a car. Frank in finance made everything easy too not pushy. Explained everything. Car drives smoothly a lot of safety features. Beautiful inside and out.

EDIT: The response told me to contact them. I have contacted them via email and chat twice 1/25/25 and 1/27/25 and have yet to hear anything back...DO NOT COME HERE. These individuals do not care for your safety or your families safety. Not fixing an the outside door not opening can lead to dangerous circumstances if the door is unlocked and still cannot be opened from the outside. They want to charge me a diagnostic fee when the issue is clearly stated ALONG with the solution in the TSB (Technical Service Bulletins) by Hyundai themselves. Do not purchase a Hyundai let alone do business with this dealership.

They do not care about their Customer's or Family's safety. There is a TSB recall on my 2019 Veloster Hyundai due to the driverside latch FREEZING close. It cannot be opened from the outside. Each cold morning with my family I have to go through the passenger side to open my driver's door in this cold weather.

Parts/Services refused to even look at it without money and they refused it saying it is not under warranty. It is a 2019 with less than 30k miles! I even brought this issue up multiple times during the years but they stated "could not replicate." Now there is a Technical Service Bulletin Recall and they still refuse to do what it says to do. All that needs to be done is to grease the door latch so it does not freeze.

Hyundai itself and this dealership does not care about your safety or your families safety. Even the tech said "well you can still open it from the inside if you're in an accident." What if I am knocked out and I cannot open it!? Ridiculous. Do not purchase a car here especially a Hyundai that does not care for you or your families safety.

I leased a vehicle with Advantage Hyundai back in 2021 right at the start of the COVID pandemic. Three years later and I came in after doing a bit of research to talk about options. I met with Opal who recommended I finance the car rather than lease a new one due to the low mileage on the vehicle. What she said lined up with what I was thinking after researching my options, and she was a treat to talk with.

Fast forward to now and I am currently financing my 2021 Elantra and very happy with the overall experience. The process was transparent, straightforward, and relatively simple. Throughout my time with this car there have been a few recalls, all of which the dealership properly informed me of and took care of at no cost to me, and I always got a card for a free car wash at a location not too far away.

Either way, based on my experiences, I'd say this is a great place to go!

This place is great, they do care about their customers. Paul was amazing and very helpful with finding the right car for me and managing the paperwork. Due to unexpected circumstances, I had issues with financing but Christian and the financing team helped me figure out and get a good deal. Joe, the manager made sure to support me during the ordeal. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and grateful for their assistance.
