Recently purchased my car here at Towne Hyundai in Denville. I was assisted by Angela the Sales Specialist and her Sales Manager was Peter. The negotiation went smoothly, and they were somewhat upfront with everything. My old car was priced at the amount I was expecting. Working with them made it easy to make the purchase. Had the unfortunate experience of totaling my car by hitting a buck, was so anxious and nervous about going into the car buying world again and having to go through that experience but the people at Towne Hyundai specifically Garret and O made the whole process painless and as easy as they could. Let me start by saying, I haven’t enjoyed the car buying process from car dealerships in the past as it always has felt forced and usually it is a high pressure sale that doesn’t feel great when all is said and done. This being said, if you’re looking to purchase from Towne Hyundai, I can assure you, your experience will not be like this, especially if you have the opportunity to work with Angela like I did. Angela was highly professional yet very personable, detail oriented, and above all else, a great communicator who made herself accessible. Due to these reasons, I found negotiating and purchasing from Angela and Towne Hyundai to be an outstanding experience. Angela made the process incredibly seamless and I drove out of the dealership with great confidence that I got a great car from a high quality business that I can trust. Full disclosure, I did have an issue with my door in the first week of owning the car and Angela and the Towne Hyundai team rose to the occasion to resolve immediately. They assured me that if the issue occurred again or anything else, they would resolve the issue at no cost to me which further ensures my trust in the dealership. Purchased a Tucson October 10 from Towne Hyundai. The entire buying experience was great.
From starting with Beatrice my first contact setting up my appointment and getting the Tucson for me to look at who was friendly and personable. Then I met Joe the sales rep who was completely knowledgeable,easy to talk to,helpful and took time to explain everything. He is definitely an asset to Towne Hyundai! I also have to mention Maritza who took time to go over everything and explain all the features of the Tucson and also the finance person who was also helpful and knowledgeable. I have to say this was the best and easiest buying experience I have had compared to other dealers. I would definitely recommend Towne Hyundai and would come back in the future if looking for another vehicle. Again I have to say thanks to the whole team and the great customer service!

Just bought a Santa Fe Calligraphy from Jason. Facility is clean and all staff is friendly and helpful. The entire staff works together as a team and they don’t try to steal clients from each other. Jason had a question and Syd, another salesman happily answered the question and offered help if we needed anymore. The entire car buying experience is easy going. They don’t have your typical “salesman” personality. Jason let me and my husband test drive the Limited and Calligraphy (both great cars, get A LOT for your money). Chad was super helpful with questions for us and Jason. Alex the manager was very accommodating as well. Chris was very also very nice with regard to all the paper signing. It was a very welcoming experience and can’t recommend enough. My dad and my mom also bought cars from Jason and they had the same experience. 5 stars for sure!
