It was truly a pleasure working with 110 Hyundai again. Matt was fantastic, keeping my needs in mind even after I had to leave due to my work schedule. Jeff K. consistently followed up with me and kept me updated about the new 2025 models arriving. Tom in finance was absolutely amazing. I had the pleasure of working with him during my previous lease and was impressed by his professionalism and expertise. He never pressured me into purchasing additional services but instead walked me through the available programs, explaining the benefits in a way that felt informative rather than forceful.

Because of my great experience the first time, I specifically requested Tom again, and he delivered the same exceptional service. Jeff also went above and beyond, accommodating my 13-15 hour workdays. He even came in on his days off to assist me and streamlined the process by having everything prepared. When I returned, all I had to do was inspect the car, complete the walk-through, and finalize with finance, making this the quickest and smoothest car lease I've experienced.

Matt played a significant role in making the entire experience seamless. He worked hard to meet my needs and negotiated a fair price for both Hyundai and me, showing a genuine willingness to understand and accommodate my situation. “reconditioning” fee of $1695 on top of the $695 fee you pay the dealership And the additional $1995 that is not included in the price.
Today i went to buy a car that they posted it for 14390$ but with all these fees and taxes, they pumped the price to 20k !!
And even when i offered to pay them in cash and they didn't approve and mentioned additional 1500$ for cash because they get that amount from the bank as a commission when people finance from the bank!!
The sales person was very nice and explained everything clearly but his supervisor doesn't know nothing about negotiating.
Don't waste your time here.

Edit after their reply: i called to hear from them and they told me that they don't know about that reply!!

Had an amazing car buying experience at Hyundai 110. Went there on a recommendation from a friend to work with Raven, she was professional, educated in he product and most importantly honest and did not attempt to play any dealership games. We agreed on a price and everybody stuck to their word. I typically hate dealerships as an educated buyer but this experience was smooth quick and pleasant. The sales manager and the Finance manager were also on par and surpassed my expectations nothing was pushed on to me and everybody was professional. looking forward to going back there for service.
