I want to start out by saying that this was the easiest and quickest car buying experience I've ever had. Working with Kayla was a pleasure. She was friendly, engaging and honest. She listened to what kind of car we wanted, made a suggestion for a larger SUV than what we wanted, explained why we should get the bigger SUV and took us for a test drive. She spoke to my wife and I on a personal level and seemed genuinely interested in what we had to say as well as explaining why the vehicle she suggested would work for our family. She was able to get us the best price for the new vehicle and also assisted us with turning in our leased vehicle. All in all, it was a quick 3 hour process and we are thoroughly enjoying the new car. I highly suggest Hyundai of Freehold and especially Kayla Mauro.

Made buying a new car, which can be a an uncomfortable experience, into a relatively relaxed pleasant experience. The Dealership team was well coordinated and very helpful. No hard sell tactics. Negotiated a price close to my expected price. Dylan, the sales person was professional and respectful. Answered all my questions. Very engaging and friendly while maintaining customer boundaries.
The Manager was eager to close the deal and pressed slightly while using some disarming humor. Not uncomfortable at all. Finance person was outstanding. She was very friendly, professional and efficient.
The technical orientation person was outstanding. We navigated through the technology of the with ease and clarity.
The overall experience was pleasant from management on down. Well done!
