First time at this dealership and bought a battery with-in a hour (not used) noticed the battery is not needed I tried to return the battery but they would not return the battery (no refunds on electrical parts) I understand but the battery was not installed all covers and clips were not removed from the battery and I was denied. The batteries are re-badged (sticker covering labels) interstate batteries. Please do not waste your money and you can return it at your local car parts store if you need to. If the service was there I would pay the difference but not in this case. Looking into buying and N manual to replace my sport manual but I will be going to a different dealer.

We purchased a certified preowned Hyundai Tucson from Tasca. It was a good buying experience for the most part with minor touch ups that can easily be improved. The car was in good condition for a preowned two owner vehicle. The car was clean when we picked it up. The car was delivered to us with a quarter tank of gas. Had we not said anything they would not have filled it up. They said they usually do not deliver preowned cars with a full tank of gas. In my opinion any car new or used should be delivered to a new customer with a full tank of fuel. It is just good business practice. The salesman and finance manager were very nice. This was our first Hyundai and they educated us about the CPO certification from Hyundai.
