I was here and got my Tucson last month, Mr Tony was the guy on that day who took care of me. Mr Tony is incredibly polite, attentive, and really knowledgeable about the cars in their showroom,he provided me the precise answer I asked for.
Also Mr Rohan, the finance manager is really friendly and going easy on me when we were negotiating about the price at the end.

I am a previous Hyundai owner, with a previous purchase of a 2022 Hyundai Tucson 3 years ago. As most purchases begin, I stopped by Hyundai city of Bay Ridge on a whim. I was welcomed by salesperson, Razi whom made me feel comfortable and at home. He offered me coffee and water and his attentiveness was appreciated. I was considering a trade in for a 2025 Hyundai Tucson, and I knew what I wanted upon shopping. Razi was a great listener and made my inquiri process easy. Sometimes going to a dealership to look at vehicles can be overwhelming. Between inquiries/conversations with your salesperson, finding a car that fits your needs and pricing for your budget, your visit can seem a bit stressful. Every time I visit Hyundai city of Bay Ridge, I feel heard and I believe that’s what is most important for the customer. I decided that “whim” would turn into a trade in and I have to say, I’ve never been happier with my purchase. Just imagine driving your dream car in the color that you wanted, with the sunroof open and playing your favorite album on a 3 hour road trip just out of the city, no distractions. Just you and the road. Sounds magical right? That is what I feel. I hope you get to feel that too. Once again another happy Hyundai city of Bay Ridge customer.
