I had an Awesome experience buying my used car from Sean and Lloyd over at KIA of Riverdale. Sean was a fantastic salesman, making the process smooth, prompt, and stress-free. I initially thought they had sold the car , but Sean reached out to me on my phone and assured me the car was still available to buy., and that’s exactly what I did. Bought the Motor Trend 2024 Performance car of the year. A BMW M2 in Brooklyn grey !!!! Love this car, it’s such a fun, nasty looking beast of a car !!!!
Lloyd in finance made the paperwork quick and easy, explaining everything clearly and working out the best deal possible. After going over the numbers a few times he got me to the payment I wanted and was happy with . I Highly recommend them both !!!!! Sean and Lloyd over at Kia Riverdale get an A+++++++++

Worked closely with Frank Aversa and Ahmad on a used car posted online. After initially talking to Frank to confirm the inventory, I went to the dealer on NYE and met with Ahmad, who was partnering with Frank on the sale. Ahmad let me drive the car until content, and also bring to a local shop for a prepurchase inspection. Both were very supportive throughout the purchase and did an excellent job!

After offering the list price posted online and having to fight off a bunch of dealer add-ons (roughly $5k added to thier initial "offer" from the sales managet), Ahmad and I were left to sit waiting about 6 hours to close with finance. To Ahmad's credit, he sat through the entire wait with me - offering coffee, etc. After getting ready to walk out after the long wait, the sales manager gave me a few hundred $ off the list that I had asked for, to cover the cost of a missing charging cable (it's a PHEV).

In their defense, it was NYE and quite busy that day, but the typical car sales game that had to be played to close on the deal was undesirable, considering I was offering their asking price and willing to pay cash with a large sum down that day.

That said, the salesmen Frank and Ahmad were fantastic, and I would definitely recommend asking for them!
