My family had such a great experience buying our first EV car at Premier Kia. We not only loved the sleek designs of all of the Kia SUVs but the staff made the purchase incredibly easy. Tyler A, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable on the EV9 giving us the confidence to purchase. Manny the manager was very personable and with Tyler, helped us into the perfect SUV for our family. As someone who is terrible with technology, I initially felt overwhelmed with the EV until Dan the technology specialist took as much time as I needed to go over all the high tech amenities. Overall, we felt in good hands with this group of people as soon as we walked in the door, which was super important to me. We 100% plan on coming back for our next vehicle😀

What an awesome car buying experience. I'm in sales and wish our process was 10% as seamless,fun and easy as is was at premiere. The salesman had the car clean gasses and ready to test drive the sales manager Ryan offered is a great deal 1st try no back and forth. Financing took no time and beat my credit union by almost 2 points at a longer term. They even have a person that just goes over the car with you. Wow. I live in Groton definitely worth the drive. I live 3 minutes from Kia here and went there 1st. Premier Kia is the has raised the bar for dealers. Mercedes dealers Whole thing from test to driving out an hour and a half. Thanks Ryan and Premier team. Keep up the outstanding work 👏

I had just recently purchased a Kia K4 with my husband here. I would highly recommend going to this dealership to purchase a car. This is actually my second time coming here to purchase a car because of pricing and how the staff is very helpful with whatever you may need.

My salesman was Nathan he was great to work with and is a pretty chill guy. Whatever you need, he's there to help. Overall, the staff is very friendly and helpful as well. It was a pleasure working with Kia. Thank you, Kia of Branford!😊

The service was good, however, they really need to go through their used cars better. I just bought a 2015 Dodge charger from them 45 days ago and have already had to repair $3000 worth mechanical issues. The vehicle came with a 30 day state safety warranty, other than that it was "as is". It needed a new drive shaft and it had a large oil leak . Both of which any thorough mechanic would notice. I understand you take a gamble buying a used car, but these were noticeable things once you got it up on a lift. Do better.
Review extended - a day after I bought the vehicle I noticed a strong raw fuel smell in the cabin and outside. It was really bad, it ended up being the 0 rings on the fuel injectors which isn't a big job. They had the car for 7 days and still didn't notice the other issues. The oil cooler was leaking. So after the fuel smell was gone, you could smell the burning oil from the other leak. The barring in the driveshaft was completely missing, you could yank on it like a city bus pull cord. I found out about the other two issues when I brought it to my good friends car repair shop for an oil change because the lifters were being really loud and we thought maybe the car had the wrong kind of oil in it which it did. Again the customer service was good, but the mechanical issues I've had to endure so early on, is ridiculous. I don't discourage people from buying new vehicles from here. But maybe a used one is too much of a gamble.
