Tuesday Night my husband and I called the Plaza KIA at around 6:40pm to see if they had the car we wanted to see. They were set to close at 7:00. Brittany answered the phone and confirmed that the car was available and if we could get there by 7:30 we would still be able to receive help.

We were not planning on buying a car, we had been researching the EV9 and there was a promotion ending that evening so we wanted to check it out.

We got to the dealership at around 7:00pm and were instantly greeted by 3 different team members. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Jesus came over and unlocked the car and offered to take us on a test drive. We were able to drive the vehicle as well as test out what it felt like to be a passenger. The car was the model we had been looking at and had some of the upgrades I wanted.

Jesus offered to just give us the info on pricing if we wanted to move forward and a quote would only take 5 minutes. He held to his word and got the quote in 5 minutes and even gave us some time to discuss without him in the room. Keep in mind it’s now about 7:45-8:00pm at this point.

The promotion that was running was honestly too good to pass up and we decided to move forward with purchasing the car. The team was able to get the car washed and financing taken care of fairly quickly (it always takes forever at dealerships) and we were able to take our new EV9 home! We are grateful we moved quickly as the promotion did end up changing the following day.

The manager of the location did follow up the next day and wanted to make sure we were happy with the experience.
