This is my third car being leased through Kia Yonkers. I’ve always had a very pleasant experience. The show rooms are very comfortable. They offer free coffee and other hot liquids which was nice because you’re staying there almost 3 hours from start to finish. My sales person Ronnie Hernandez was very nice very pleasant understood exactly what I was looking for matched prices from the Kia Brooklyn and even gave me an offer from Kia Yonkers that had expired so overall I was able to save a lot of money. The finance person is actually very nice and he worked with me to find a payment program that was comfortable with what I was looking to put down and pay a month. I got my car pretty quickly washed beautiful shape. Overall this is a very good car dealership Kia cars are actually Quite dependable. I’ve never had any issues with them. Leasing since 2014.

My husband and I walked in to Kia on Central Avenue to take a look at cars. The first thing we noticed is we were not hounded by anyone. Nobody following us around or asking us constant questions. The staff gave us time to look and talk to one another. When we were interested in speaking with someone we were fortunate enough to have Brandon as our salesperson. Brandon is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. He was able to work with us in our budget and between him and his manager Matt they met our every expectation. They made car buying an absolute delightful experience. No BS, just straight, honest shooters. We shook hands on a car deal that night and returned less than 24 hours later and they had everything ready to go. I cannot recommend them enough. Fantastic experience. I visited at least 8 different dealerships and spoke to countless others. I drive a lot and wanted to go electric but maximize driving performance and driving range. The salesperson was patient with me and listened to my needs. He was the only salesperson who located the a model that checked the most number of boxes for me. Pricing was transparent and the dealership worked with me on financing to ensure I got the best deal-better than my credit union was offering. Highly highly recommend this dealership.
