My experience at Jack Daniels Kia was absolutely amazing what extraordinary customer service you get. I walked into the building and was instantly greeted by Wil and asked how can we help you . We sat down at his desk , He asked me for exactly what I was looking for to do which I was trying to trading in my Toyota Camry 2023 which was a finance and I wanted to hop into a lease. I told him I was looking for the Kia Sportage 2025 we went over some numbers and paperwork , which was a start and that day I was so under the weather so I decided to go home and I told Wil Ill come back when I feel better . which I didn’t get better until about 10 days maybe after that to get back to Wil and Jason but they were extremely patient And kind keeping in touch with me through text message Because I absolutely had no voice and continue to work on the deal with me at the moment I healed. I got back into the dealership and it was so fast maybe four hours tops and I was out with my brand new car. I cannot be more thankful for Wil and Jason the general manager They went above and beyond for me .

I highly recommend Jack Daniel Kia dealership to everyone if you wanna feel valued and listen to and be respected this is the Dealership they go above and beyond for their customers . They work with you. They just don’t turn their head and go to the next customer. They make sure you get what you want and how you want it if I could give them a 10 star I would.
