I have been a Kia a customer for over 20 years. Over the last 10 I feel like I have done most of my business at Kia of Cherry Hill, even though they are further away from me. I go there because of the excellent service and the honesty that has always been provided to me. Being at a car dealership is not fun, we all know that, but some people are able to make it more tolerable. Today I had the pleasure of working with Craig Kubiak and my old-time buddy Jimmy. Craig was super personable relatable and I feel like he did the best that he could for me, I could see in his face that he really wanted me to leave with the vehicle of my dreams even though it honestly wasn’t even what I went there for. Super friendly, down to earth, personable and all around a cool guy to deal with. Thank you so much!!

Miranda, Joe and Nate were all great . We did everything for the most part online making things easier when we got there. They were upfront with pricing and document fees were decent better than other places. They let my friend mechanic check out the car and drive it for me since I lived 3 hours away. I was treated very fairly and the wife scored a great deal . Only odd thing was I couldn't use a credit card on my own wife's loan down-payment, which is odd to me . Otherwise it was a great and easy deal thanks to Miranda 🙂

I have always heard horror stories about the car buying process at other dealerships but I have had the opposite experience here! I bought two cars from Jay (one in October 2021 and then I upgraded earlier this year.) The buying process was incredibly smooth, quick, and efficient. Jay is a remarkable salesman. I never felt pressured and he got me a car above my expectations both times. I recommend him to everyone I know that is in the market for a new car (definitely ask for him!). In terms of maintenance, their service department is great. The men at the counter are excellent and explain things perfectly. I cannot see myself buying another car from any other dealership.
