Wouldn’t recommend getting your car serviced here. Went in for warranty work on a 2024 Kia claimed it wouldn’t be covered under warranty then wouldn’t release the car until we paid for diagnostics. They also left garage in the car when we received it back, open bottles with some sort of blue drink in it spilled in the cup holder. So ended up having to pay $115 for them to leave garbage and blue stains in the cup holder, appreciate it. I’m sure there are decent Kia dealerships but this definitely isn’t one of them.

UPDATE

They never reassembled any of the retention clips in the cover and left them loose in the car.

Kia Roadside assistance came and towed my vehicle when it's stopped working. Everything was covered under the warranty.
The Nissan Serice dept has really bad customer service and would not update me while they had my vehicle for 2 weeks. After a full week of not hearing anything from anyone, I called and left a message with the manager. That manager called me back almost 24 hours later. Even when I went to pick my car up they wanted me to sign discharge papers without explaining what was even done to my vehicle.

My wife and I purchased a '24 Kia Telluride early in 2025. It was a pleasant car buying experience from start to finish. The salesman, Andrew, was knowledgeable of the vehicle and provided answers to all our questions. He wasn't pushy and provided us plenty of time to make our decision. We were there on a Sunday and we worked out a plan on Monday to complete the transaction. He did everything on Monday as he said to finalize the sale. He was very professional. During the close, the Finance manager was thorough and informative of all the warranty options. We never felt uncomfortable or pushed into any options. He explained each document well and made the process easy.

This place is VERY customer friendly, they provide coffee and a vending machine (my favorite) and magazines to read while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced. The staff there are too busy, but manage to squeeze out a smile here and there. 😂

Honestly the easiest car buying experience I have had! Helped me understand the different trim levels and helped me stay in my price point! Broke everything out in a grid so I could see what financing made sense for me. Explained everything and we’re super helpful getting the app set up. Good people here through the whole process —highly recommend!
