I wish I could give 100 stars. From the beginning of the process till the end Jeff, Nikki & Ricky were super patient, helpful & kind. My daughter was able to purchase her first car. Nikki handled our deal in person and Jeff through text. Unfortunately we weren’t able to meet Jeff in person but Nikki was super sweet. Shes a rockstar! We had a horrible previous experience with Toyota down the street, I’m grateful because it lead us to Matt Blatt. Thank you so much, we will be back!

Suzette is an absolute gem of a human being and I can’t say enough great things about her! I was looking for a new car yesterday and she exceeded my expectations. Purchased a car in August with a salesman who is no longer with the company, I was told by this gentleman that I would receive my first oil change free because of our purchase of the car that he would take care of it and when I came back it would be available unfortunately nothing was put into the notes and no one was aware of this, I spoke to 2 gentleman prior to being able to speak to Tom, he was kind and understanding and took care of my service due to someone else’s information that was not correct. I was willing to pay for it or even do a discount because it was not anyone else’s fault except the salesman at the time and the fact that he was no longer with the company to vouch for this made it uneasy for me, but I am grateful for the knowledge that the gentleman at the desk I did not catch his name, but informed me with what they do not do anymore he is the one that directed me to Tom the senior advisor. I would definitely say customer service was great and truly recommend speaking to Tom for anything that you may need. I am very appreciative that I did come in today.

I never thought I would associate any of these words with a new car experience, but it's exactly what I got at Matt Blatt Kia...

We were only in the area for a short period of time and I figured we didn't even have enough time to get a new car, despite the fact that we desperately needed one...

Nicky couldn't have made it easier in getting that done...

She spent a few hours one afternoon showing my wife several different models until she found the one that fit best.... in our case the Kia Carnival...

I didn't believe Nicky when she first said we could complete the transaction without me having to step foot on the dealership lot...

But then she made it easy to negotiate the value of our trade in over the phone...

She walked me through all the online paperwork that I filled out in less than an hour...

And she even delivered our new car to our location and picked up our trade in...

Couldn't have been a better experience and highly recommend Nicky and Matt Blatt Kia.

Had an excellent first experience buying a car with this team, the manager, taco Dave and Chris in finance all worked quickly to get me into a new car after a deer totaled a very sentimental car for me.
