At 1st I didn’t think I would get anything from this dealership, but Erik was going to make sure of it. Erik & Addy took good care of us and we even got a chance to meet Mike the GM. All great guys with positive attitudes and made us feel very comfortable. Thank you again!!!!

Please don't bring your car here for service! If you value your time and your car don't do it. The customer service reps are terrible...especially Donna D. what a terrible person and CSR.
I could go on and on and on about how bad they are, but I don't have enough characters.
An oil change took an entire day, they hit my car, they refused to fix it after a month with it. No courtesy call, no update call no nothing. When I finally got my car, days later I found out that they did something with my battery and left it on screwed (loose). My front lights now flicker when I stop and go. HORRENDOUS.
The service manager was and is horrible. Don't know how he got the job to be honest.
PLEASE DON'T SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE.

I had the pleasure of working with Elvis who from the second i stepped foot at the dealer, addressed my wants and concerns and gave me exactly the info that i wanted (unlike other Kia dealers around). After my experience at South Shore Kia, I will never buy another car from another guy!

I live an hour away in Westchester and did most of the deal via phone and email. Mike (the manager) made is SO EASY. He was honest and fast. I have never met a nicer car salesman. And he isn’t pushy at all!

He took care of my car, the insurance and was ready for us when we arrived. We were in and out of there so fast! Paperwork was done in less than 10 minutes, they helped me set up the car right away and I was on my way!

Halfway home I realized I left my EZ pass in the truck! Have no fear - Mike sent it back to my house in two days!

When it comes to KIA in general - i’m obsessed and impressed. I’ve driven a BMW and several Lexus SUVs and the Telluride is far superior and more functional!

In three years, I’ll be running back to Mike for my next one.

A basic oil change turned into a fabulous experience. My wife brought the car Saturday 8th of February, Great reception @ Service. While waiting , she was offered a hot drink , TV services and even a Mac CPU to access internet if needed. Promptly our car was ready and to her surprise the car had been detailed clean inside as outside. We would like to thank GM Mike V and His crew for running such wonderful and pleasant environment.
We will hot hesitate to come back.
