I wanted to take a minute to share my experience at Sansone Kia. “Exceeding Expectations” comes to mind…this was the best sales experience I have ever had with a dealership. Everyone that I worked with was kind and helpful.
I entered the dealership an hour before closing and was greeted with friendly smile. Jonny introduced himself and was willing to help right away. He was genuine and made me feel comfortable. Jonny is extremely pleasant and goes above and beyond in delivering exceptional customer experience. The manager was also very professional, polite and helpful with the transaction in every step of the way. For these reasons I decided to move forward with purchasing a new vehicle and did not feel the need to look any further.

Guillermo “G” was the definition of a perfect car salesman! He was friendly, available for ALL questions, and very knowledgeable. He didn’t apply pressure like I’ve experienced in the past and was very rooted in realistic options for me. He was easy to reach and walked me through a seamless buying process. I’ve already recommended him 3 times and hopefully they take me up on it. 10:10 experience.

Elvin in finance is equally amazing. He really went above and beyond to get me the best value for my trade in and best price on my new vehicle. Anything in his power he did to keep my payments where I wanted them, and a was extremely knowledgable about any additional options. He was friendly and approachable, and also very realistic!

10/10 experience, I will definitely be back in the future (but no time soon other than regular service, I love my new car!)
