I couldn't have asked for an easier or more pleasant experience than the one I had with Ciocca Kia. I just leased a Kia EV6, my first new car in 18 years! I test drove the car at a different Kia dealer but, even though I was there for almost two hours, they wouldn't talk numbers with me because I wasn't ready to commit to the car right then and there. I called Ciocca Kia because I was referred to them by the Costco auto buying program. I spoke with Constantin, who went over all the lease numbers with me on the phone before I even stepped foot in the dealership. He made sure I understood everything and was more than happy to answer any and all the questions that I had. When I went to pick up my car, Jeff showed me all its features and set up my phone and the Kia app for me, and he told me to call him any time I have any questions about the car. Cristian made sure I understood all the papers that I was signing for the lease and broke down all the numbers for me. And they even sent a car for me even though I live almost an hour away! Chase picked me up and was super friendly and played great music. And they got the gravity blue car that I wanted the next day! And Yassir also came to introduce himself to me and thank me for my business. Buying/leasing a car doesn't have to be the nightmare that most people imagine. Everything was transparent and upfront and there were no games, and I like that they participate in the Costco program. It was super easy all around and everyone couldn't have been any nicer. And I love my new car!!! Thank you, Ciocca Kia!

I removed 3 stars from my review. I bought a warranty to cover oil changes for 5 years and was told that I can get them done at my local mechanic. I asked then how it worked and was told that mechanics are familiar with the service and there is a number they can call. I have sent emails and left messages asking what documentation I needed for my mechanic. When no one responded to me I finally called the service department and was told that the warranty only works at Kia dealers. I don't live near the dealership and would never have purchased the warranty had I known that. I'm sure the tire warranty works the same way.

It was a pleasant car buying experience but I do not appreciate being misled. Be very careful if you buy a warranty.

Finally, a nice dealership! My entire experience at Ciocca was pleasant, congenial and without the sales and finance pressure that I experienced at another dealership. Bernard, my salesperson, was phenomenal, from the very beginning I got the impression that he was there to help me, not to force me into a sale. He absolutely couldn't have been more helpful and easy to talk to. Price and finance discussion were done with smiles rather than force. The atmosphere in the building was warm and relaxed rather than the tense and cold that I experienced elsewhere. Go to Ciocca if you are looking for a relaxed car buying experience.

Everyone at Ciocca Kia of Ewing was kind, professional, and efficient. Evan was especially helpful as soon as we walked into the dealership. The vehicle we wanted was not available onsite, but Evan was able to secure one from another dealer by the next morning. Negotiating the lease terms was a pleasant conversation with all involved. Financial paperwork was explained thoroughly and completed quickly. This was undoubtedly the easiest and most positive car shopping experience I've ever had. I purchased a Kia Telluride from Bernard a d the experience couldn't have went better. Had an idea of what I needed but Bernard made sure to make sure to figure out exactly what he could provide and showed me options. I am completely happy with my purchase. Steve and Chris with the finance team were also very professional and got me what felt was a great deal.

Now, this might be a personal thing, but I want to be transparent. I am the type of person that always feels like I didn't get the best deal possible and leave thinking that I loaded somehow. This is the first time I did NOT get that feeling. I felt like the whole team was there to HELP me do the best I could. It was very nice and when I'm shopping again it will start at this dealer.

Would stay away from this dealership, the service department is the worst to deal with. Vehicle was stolen and after being recovered it got brought to them to do the service repairs on the vehicle along with my insurance company paying for a full detail. We made an appointment, but vehicle was not looked at until a week and half after the appointment day, with delays on their end rental ended and they don’t give loaner vehicles out and blame upper management for that issue. Was given a call that vehicle was completed and ready to be picked up, upon arrival or grabbing the car it was still missing plastic covers for under steering column, parts sitting in manufacture bags to still be put on the vehicle, detail was not done and was given an excuse of the detail department was busy and place they bring overflow to was also too busy. But yet since the vehicle is “drivable” I had to pay for it and take it cause they couldn’t have it sitting on the lot anymore. We are two weeks out and the part still has no ETA, having the car stolen because of an issue of Kias side should have made this more stress free on the consumers side but that isn’t the case. It is the consumers fault the way this dealership works and they don’t have to do anything to help the little guy out. Since I had to get the vehicle I also had to make sure they were paid in full even though the work still is not completed. Not sure what other business would think that is alright but they don’t give two craps about the work not done, just give us what we are owed and we will let you know when the part is in…. Whenever that may be. Vehicle was also side swiped while on their lot and they are not wanting to take responsibility for that either.

We had an entire diagnostic from another Kia and wished to get the transmission flushed. In an attempt to get more money out of us, they said that they only trust their own mechanics for the 200 dollar diagnostic fee. They had the car all day and stated we needed a transmission. We went to a private mechanic who said that we needed a fan and an alternator. They did not even find the real issue in the diagnostic and had the car for 6 hours. I actually realized an alternator was the issue based on my own internet research and the fan we were aware of. So something they stated was a 2k fix was only 650 dollars somewhere else…and they refused to change the transmission fluid. Don’t go here. Do your research and don’t fall for their stories. All we got was 200 dollars taken for nothing.
