Pris un rendez-vous 1 semaine d’avance un lundi 9:30 pour changement d’huile à transmission pour mon Sorento 2019. Après 4 heures d’attente,mon auto était en ligne en arrière et n’avait pas bougé! J’ai cancellé la maintenance et l’homme de service ne s’est jamais excusé! Très décevant,plus jamais!

Ils ont honoré ma garantie du Canada. Ils se sont occupés de mon transport aller-retour. Super sympa. Je suis confiant que la réparation de ma climatisation va durée. Seul bémol, à moins d'insister, ils n'ont pas chargé mon véhicule électrique malgré le fait qu'il l'on gardé plus de 24 heures et que je leur ai demandé expressément de le faire. A part cela bon service. Ils ont de stationné des véhicules devant tous leurs bornes, mais pas branchés, On ne peut donc pas charger notre voiture kia. C'est plutôt gênant d'aller charger une kia chez un concessionnaire compétiteur sans problème, alors que ce n'est pas posible chez le tien. Kia USA devrait corriger la situation et donner clairement des indications à ses concessionnaires, si le marché électrique est important pour eux...
