Had an amazing experience with Airport Kia this weekend! My parents needed a new lease and they were able to find the right car at the right price. The process was easy and up front with no games or haggling. Very professional and smooth. The whole process in the dealership was quick and easy between sales and finance and delivery and very thorough and detailed. Didn't rush us and we didn't have to be there all day. We drove two hours to come to airport kia to get the exact car and deal. Manager Dan, and Nick and Katherine in sales and the product specialist in the end were all amazing and took care of us. Nick and Dan made sure everything was smooth and easy for my parents. I highly recommend this dealership, they will take care of you and have a huge inventory.

I lost my vehicle in the hurricanes, and what started as a simple purchase of a vehicle with less than 45,000 miles turned into a frustrating experience. Typically, I go directly to the Range Rover dealership for my purchases, but since this was a large dealership in Naples , I thought it would be fine.

Initially, I dealt with Summer for a few days, but when I arrived at the dealership, I was handed off to Kevin . On November 14 between 1pm and 4:30 pm. I drove two hours for my 12:30 PM appointment, arriving 20 minutes late, only to be told the vehicle had just been sent for detailing. This struck me as odd since I had an appointment.

I was asked to inspect the vehicle, and while it showed normal wear and tear for its mileage, the roof fabric was hanging down across the entire interior. I was disappointed to see a Range Rover in such a state, as this level of negligence would never happen at a Range Rover dealership. This was a brand-new experience for me, and it was clear the vehicle hadn’t been properly inspected before being sold.

When I met with the sales manager and his team at a long desk in the middle of the showroom, I asked for a credit, as Range Rover had quoted $1,000 to fix the roof fabric. I was told no because they claimed they had already discounted the vehicle enough. I then asked if they thought it was acceptable to sell a car in this condition. This question seemed to rattle the sales manager and his team, and the situation escalated. As a female customer, I found myself surrounded by six men who decided to intimidate me with a shouting match, telling me I was “lucky to even be getting the car.”

I calmly asked if they thought it was appropriate to raise their voices at a customer buying a car that hadn’t been properly inspected. I also pointed out that Land Rover would never allow a vehicle to leave their lot in such poor condition, nor would they treat their customers this way. As a director of development for a large pharmaceutical manufacturing facility and the owner of a medical office, I understand sales, negotiations, and ethics—and this experience was anything but professional.

Eventually, Kevin stepped in and saved the deal, but by then, I was exhausted from dealing with such a sketchy operation. On the drive home, more issues came to light: I couldn’t use the mirrors, and the seats wouldn’t adjust. While the vehicle came with a limited warranty, I now have to rent a car and pay $4,500 upfront for repairs before being reimbursed.

This was, without a doubt, the most unprofessional operation I have ever dealt with. Lesson learned: if you want good service and quality vehicles, go to dealerships that own the brand. These people have no clue what good salesmanship or customer service is. I even have pictures to prove the condition of the car.

Making an appointment online is easy and quick. They're super dog friendly. Sheila was great about answering my questions and getting me taken care of. I generally find that I have to wait what feels like a long while for an oil change and tire rotation, but with the coffee bar they have there and a book I'm just fine.

Kevin from Kia Airport Naples is GREAT! He helped me with a mess that a Dealer in Miami made. He gave me a lot of suggestions guiding me through the right decision to made: buy a beautiful Kia SORENTO. Kevin is knowledgeable about how to handle this, he is the best!
Thanks to Andres as well, so nice and kind and with a big big smile. All the staff is EXCELLENT, EXCEPTIONAL from the guy that check me in till the managers.

We brought our car in for service and from the moment we pulled up there were 2 gentlemen to help us. One checked out the car and one took us in to a service representative. They were very friendly and helpful. Our service representative, Cesar, was incredibly helpful and personable from the time we arrived until checking us out. We then talked to a sales associate, Geovanny, to ask about our options after our lease was up. Again, very friendly and helpful and contacted us very soon after we left and sent us pictures of cars if we wanted to upgrade. Which is something we asked if we could do. We couldn’t not have had a better experience at Kia. Very impressed

When I walked in the showroom of Airport Kia, I was amazed how large it was with a huge wide open feel. The staff there are great. Very accommodating and very nice. My salesperson did a great job without ever pushing the sale. I really felt that I was in charge the entire time. I met Brody, one of the sales managers; terrific gentleman glowing with pride of what Kia has to offer. The day I was picking up my car, I surprised them with a trade in. They offered me a deal I could not turn down, on the first offer. I’ve purchased many vehicles over the years, but this was by far my best experience. Their motto, not verbatim: our price sells cars.
I can’t say enough about Airport Kia, but I can tell you it’s not just the price that sells cars, it’s the staff.
