After a frustrating experience at a different Kia dealership in the past, I was initially skeptical about going through the car-buying process again. However, I had a much better experience with Art at Van Nuys Kia. After negotiating online, Art offered me the best price I could find. He was responsive to all my questions and requests, and we scheduled an appointment for the following day.

When I arrived, Art had the car ready for a test drive and waited for me. At the desk, he presented the numbers without adding any hidden fees or extra charges. He even removed unnecessary extras installed on the car to help me get a better price. Throughout the process, Art was patient, answering all my questions and taking the time to explain the new car’s features in detail.

Overall, my experience at this dealership was excellent. If you’re in the market for a new car, I highly recommend asking for Art A. If Van Nuys Kia continues to offer the best prices, I’ll definitely return for my next car purchase.
