I went to several dealerships looking for the perfect car for me. I finally went to Kia in Carson… and the service was by far the best! Ricardo my sales rep listened to all of my needs and went over and beyond! He delivered on everything that I asked for… and much more. His manager and team also made me feel like I was a priority. I travelled some distance from the high desert to get a phenomenal car and deal… and Ricardo and his team did not dissapoint!

Went for maintenance on my daughter's car, then was trying to upgrade her car but it didn't work out, but I like that we were asked to see what I could get and it worked out even better 🤭 never thought my credit had improve to point that I would qualify for a 2024🚘 it was a blessing. Appreciate the patient AL(salesman) and Jacob (finance dept) had with me and my many questions. 😊

My last tire change was a disaster. Whoever did the alignment did an extremely poor job. The new rear tires are completely worn out in less than 6 months. When they first changed the tires, the car was vibrating on the freeway at 55 MPH. I brought it back the next day and they kept it for 2 more days before returning it. I had to rent a car and use uber to get around. Now, I have to get new tires, get them balanced, and get alignment AGAIN! A complete waste of money and time. I'll never buy another KIA.

Sale rep Joseph was extremely helpful and attentive. His un intruding attitude and sales tactics made our car shopping experience comfortable and smooth. We did not feel any pressure to purchase or make rash decisions. He was very patient and answered all of our questions honestly. Diana, the sales manager, was another individual who made our experience awesome. She understood our budget and put in some genuine effort to help us get a better appraisal for our Tesla Model 3 we were trading in. So far I am extremely happy with our new vehicle, the EV 9.

Unbelievably amazing service! I brought my car is for normal maintenance and Angel met me at my car, sent photos of what needed to be replaced (filters) was unbiased in suggesting these replacements. I felt I could trust him and I was not being sold. He was quick, he was kind and I had the best experience. He even washed my car!

Really quick and efficient to work this dealer. They are one of the Kari dealers I’ve ever been to, seems like an amusement park. Isaiah was my rep and he was fantastic, friendly, patient and transparent. Worked out a good deal with not much back and forth.
The whole experience with the finance manager was easy as well. No pressure and smooth.
