DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE TO GET SERVICED!! I took my car back in October 2024 to get a simple oil change and when I went back to pick up my vehicle, they told me that one of the staff members wrecked my vehicle with another party. They were terrible at keeping me in the loop throughout the entire process. I had to keep calling to get updates about The status of my vehicle. January 2025 is when I finally got a call from the opposing parties insurance to pay me out for my 2019 Hyundai Elantra because they deemed it a total loss. Mind you My vehicle was already paid off and I was extremely happy that I did not have a car payment anymore and because of this experience, I had to get a new vehicle.
Lastly, one month prior to me taking my car to Hyundai of Glendale my friend took his vehicle here as well and they crashed his car too. I thought this was an isolated incident and did not think for a second that they would also wreck my car.

I have gotten 2 cars in a year from Mike Kerr and each time he has been amazing to work with. He is friendly, personable, professional, and worked hard to meet my needs. Especially the recon’s time. I had been in an accident with the first car and needed to replace it within a certain budget. Mike Kerr should be salesman of the year in my opinion. Thanks Mike!

I'm not a frequent reviewer, but have to give a big shout out to Mike Kerr and the team at Glendale Hyundai. Mike is a great salesperson. He knows the cars, but much more importantly, he cares about his customers. He listens and works to find the right car with the right features at a good price, with solid info and no pressure. You can tell that he genuinely loves helping people. In fact, the whole team there was friendly, patient and well-informed. A great experience. We'll come back!

This place is full of awesome people who know these cars inside and out and will make you the best deal possible. Ask for Michael - he is AMAZING. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Very thorough, knowledgeable and patient with me and my father who had both never leased a a vehicle before. I needed a new car and the boys at Glendale Hyundai made sure I was taken care of. I knew which car I wanted and the sales representative I spoke to (Alex Lira) took amazing care of me through the process. He went above and beyond and had the models of the car I wanted ready for me to see when I got off work and he stayed late to make sure the paperwork was filed correctly. As someone who just lost their Kia, I was hesitant about making the switch to Hyundai, but the finance manager and Alex assured me every step of the way. They have a very cool and sweet disposition here where the workers are not pushy. They are just working to make sure you are getting the best deal possible. Alex was patient with me; explaining the total cost of the car, breaking down the accessories and assisting me to make sure I was making the best possible decision for myself.

I was truly excited to have bought from Hyundai of Glendale and it feels rare to spend $24,000 and feel like it was a great decision or something you don’t have buyers remorse over. The folks here may be selling cars, but they gave me an experience that would make me happy to return when it’s time to get my next car.

Dealing with their service department was perhaps the worst customer service experience of my life. Dealing with my problem took FOUR separate visits, many hours of waiting around, and $300 in Ubers that the dealership refused to reimburse me for.

My brand new leased car had a rattling noise in the back when I drove it off the lot. I called to ask when I could bring it in and was assured I didn’t need an appointment. I brought the car in the next week, only to be told I DID need an appointment. I scheduled it for the following week and brought the car in for the second time. When I picked the car up, however, the service department had only performed some software updates, and had not even attempted to address the issue I had.

I called again and the service advisor Hunter said I needed to bring it back in for another check. So I scheduled my THIRD appointment for the following week and left my car at the dealership for another day, only to be told they would need some parts and I would need to bring it back in AGAIN.

So on my FOURTH visit, I left the car there for the day and was told I could pick it up that afternoon. However, I then got a call saying they actually needed ANOTHER part and I’d have to drop the car off the following day again or leave it overnight. I opted to leave it overnight.

When I came to pick up my car the following day, it was not ready at the time I had been told to come. I waited another hour and then was told the car was ready. I signed the papers and went to wait outside for it to be delivered to the curb. Then I stood there for another 20 minutes!! The car was only delivered once I went back inside and yelled at the staff.

No one apologized for any of this, and I was treated with condescension and dismissiveness the whole time. I really really recommend finding another dealership for your service needs.

Purchases before Genesis moved, dealership overall…excellent! After Genesis moved, Service personnel were good, however dealership and personnel went 5 stars overall to 1. Very disappointed in the decline over 5 months after I brokered a car there. I hope it was a bad day, however 3 weeks to get an oil change appointment was a bit long. 5 hours to get service and unexpected software update took wayyyy to long. Sales persons and staff, except overwhelmed Great Service advisors, were sub par and unprofessional. The music was rock which forced most waiters to leave and come back, put on earbuds or become annoyed. Everything great about the dealership had declined. They need to fix it or combine with Kia across the street or move either with Genesis again in Pasadena and just use service. The vehicle drop off was dangerous due to minimal distance off BUSY Brand blvd traffic. Best part- I could walk up to Americana and avoid the waiting section. Snacks and coffee, water were the only saving grace and bathrooms were clean. All things considered; I was very, very , very disappointed.

While the sales person was very helpful, the manager who provided the pricing was aggressive and not honest with the pricing. Some of the employees were also having a heated argument while we there. We bought our car at the dealership in the South Bay at a lower price with a much better experience.
