This was an amazing experience! Pedro Ochoa and Ben Phil from Car Pros Kia Glendale were awesome. Pedro was an excellent salesperson, and his Finance Manager was terrific as well. They were very transparent with their pricing, easy to work with, and had excellent communication.

I texted back and forth four times and finally made a deal. The next morning, I went to Glendale to meet them, and within two hours, I was driving my favorite car home without any pressure or unnecessary upselling like at other dealerships. What a great experience I had at Car Pros Kia Glendale!

I bought my EV6 at the dealer and just did my first service and some recall repairs under warranty. They took me with their shuttle where I needed to go and got my car done in time to pick up kids. Very nice and helpful also. Definitely recommend. I do wish they would wash he car like most other dealers do. I think that would make it five stars.

Over charged me. Argued with me like I couldn't count and then discounted me but STILL overcharged me due to their manufacturer's printing error that was never caught until me! I had to leave, so I paid it. But I want my refund. I paid an additional $400 for the silver package, but the only difference is 1 service that ala carte price if $350!! Which means, in the package it should be less than $350. I paid $400 then paid $350 after the $50 credit. YOU STILL OVERCHARGED me. I should have gotten $100 off.

I’ve been taking my car here for several years now. Alex, the consultant I work with, is excellent. He always tells me exactly what is going on with my car and, when something comes up, clearly presents options as well as an explanation of how serious/timely the issue is. Their new waiting room is clean and comfortable, and the center is in within easy walking distance of the Americana/Galleria if you’d rather go out.

These guys are a bunch of liars or at least the one who wrote this vehicle inspection at the place is. He exactly wrote 4mm lining for all tires and asked for $738 but when I went to Pep Boys and asked them what the lining was for all tires, they said that the tire brake linings were well over 8mm and they do not need to be replaced. In addition, Pep Boys told me only $420 for all front and back axles. On top of this, I had one of the worst possible customer services here. Do not go to this place.
