My wife and I were looking for a new vehicle. We went to another dealership prior and then came upon this one. The staff, Juan, Lexie, Dean & Gianni were super informative and helpful and answered all our questions while we were selecting our vehicle and going through options. They made it easy to get in and out fairly quickly. The store was clean and professional. There was a coffee machine you could use. As the car became ready, they made it clean and detailed with a full tank of gas. I recommend this dealership if you are looking for a Hyundai.

I cannot recommend THIS dealership enough. Rodrigo has been my service representative for my Tucson since I bought it. He is professional, thorough and kind. Any issue with my vehicle he has helped. Service Department Review:
If I could give this place NEGATIVE stars I would. Not only do they not do their job, they do not call their paying customers back! I have been trying to get a hold of the service manager for 2 MONTHS! I went in to get a brake inspection, and oil change. I got my multi point inspection paper back and I had specifically asked my advisor about my brakes because I had hit 50k miles. He said my brakes were perfectly fine when they were looked at, that was not the case. Not only did I have to change my brakes less than 6 weeks later but my rotors. Because they were screeching!! Don't even waste your time at this place, find someone local who actually cares.
This was an absolute safety hazard.

My experience at Harbor Hyundai was a pleasant surprise. Unlike many dealerships where pushy salespeople employ high-pressure tactics, Harbor Hyundai offers a refreshing approach. The staff is friendly, and straightforward, and best of all, not creepy like most other dealerships. (I could list them but I won't.)

I was particularly impressed with Miguel V., my salesperson. He was patient, understanding, and didn't try any of the typical sales gimmicks. I couldn't make a decision without clearing it with my insurance agent first and they happened to be closed. Again, no pressure. I sorted it out with the insurance and went back a few days later to the same friendly team, deal, and car. Thanks Jay S.!

The entire process was transparent, from the initial negotiation to the final paperwork. The dealership was upfront about pricing and fees, and they were happy to honor the online offer I had found.

I found a vehicle online for a friend at KBB.com, contacted Randy in the Internet Sales department and the entire purchase was a breeze! Randy and his Manager Dean were amazing with doing everything via text and phone calls before we arrived on pick up day. The car was detailed with the gas tank filled, and after test driving the car and inspecting it with Mike, the paperwork was ready to go with Gianni in Finance (who didn't delay or pressure us at all), and we were out of the dealership in less than an hour and a half!

This was an EXCELLENT, upfront, and no hassle buying experience that I can recommend without any reservations!

Today I met with Mike to help me figure out what kind of car makes sense for me, and he was so patient with me. He let me test drive an Ioniq 5 and Tucson and gave me all the financial info I needed. It meant so much to me that he didn’t pressure me to drive off the lot in a new car the same day so I have more time to look at my budget. He answered all my questions, let me have all the coffee I wanted, treated me fairly and respectfully, and overall earned my trust. I plan to come back to Harbor Hyundai and want to thank Mike for being the best car salesperson I’ve ever experienced.
