Arlene was an amazing human, she greeted us with a heartfelt smile and energy that surpassed any of the 6 other dealership we visited. She listened to what my daughter needs were and drove up with the perfect car. This young lady was not pushy. I have to tell you this was probably my favorite experience in buying cars.

I was able to negotiate a great deal on a new 2024 EV9 via email from Central California. We had a nice Amtrak adventure to SoCal to pick it up. Once at the dealership Nico made the paperwork signing easy. He then guided us through the Kia Access App and familiarized us with the spaceship’s cockpit controls. Overall a fine experience.

I had the benefit of working with Miguel and Daisy from Hello Kia of Valencia, and I couldn't have asked for a better dynamic duo to help me buy a new car! (New to me, I actually bought a used Kia.) They were a dream team from the start. Daisy sent me a video of the car I was interested in before I made the trek to test drive it and she was so welcoming and helpful when we got there. Miguel was the consummate professional every step of the way and was so patient answering all my questions. This didn't feel like a high pressure, smarmy car dealership at all, and I highly recommend Hello Kia, Daisy and Miguel. I know I'll be back the next time I'm in the market for a new, or "new to me", car!

Alexandra the service advisor did a pretty good job today. The dealership I think needs improvement specially the restroom. I got KIA EV6 GT Line recently, and got to go there for service recall twice. Overall, so far I am enjoying my car and hopefully they were able to fixed the ICCU for good.

I would not recommend Hello Kia of Valencia to anyone. My Kia vehicle, still under warranty, had a transmission failure at just 40,000 miles, so I decided to bring it in for repairs in November. From the start, the dealership was unresponsive, and the service coordinator was rude, condescending, and showed no empathy toward my situation. It took over a month just to diagnose the issue, and even then, there was a ridiculous amount of back-and-forth to get approval for the transmission replacement.

Once approval was finally given, I was never informed that the replacement part was on backorder. To make matters worse, it took nearly six weeks for the part to arrive and the work to be completed — something that wasn’t entirely the dealership’s fault, but the lack of communication made the whole experience frustrating. I was without my vehicle from early November until the end of January. The dealership only provided a loaner vehicle for me during the final month of this process.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and overall experience. It's unacceptable to treat customers this way, especially when dealing with a warranty issue. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future and would urge anyone to do the same.
