If you’re in the market for these new and improved Hyundai models, make sure you go straight to Austin to test drive and ask for Levon after too once you decide which model you want.

They won’t try to rip you off or underhanded stuff, they just wanna get you a good deal so everyone is happy.

Brenda, Susan & Julius were fantastic! Brenda handled the communication, Susan managed the transaction once we arrived and Julius was great with our financing! We live 110 miles away in Bakersfield so I was in discussions with 13 different dealerships in Southern and Central CA. Keyes Hyundai had the best deal originally so all the others were trying to beat the deal. None of the others came close to the price and low mileage on anything similar. We are retired and had a 2018 Altima Special Edition that we bought new and was still in mint condition when we were rear ended on the freeway, totaling our vehicle. Our 2022 Sonata SEL has now replaced the Altima and we absolutely love it so far! Since we have never owned a Hyundai, we added Hyundai's bumper to bumper Certified Used warranty that now covers the vehicle for the remainder of the 10 year/100k miles. The best price and coverage on an extended warranty I've seen. We are beyond satisfied with this purchase!

I’m fine with the service that I got on my last visit, but my issue is is that I purchased a maintenance plan when I bought the vehicle. After my Six complementary services ran out I inquired with the people at the service counter on my next service what it was going to include, and they very firmly told me it would only be oil changes, even though I was under the impression that it was going to be all scheduled maintenance. I returned in a couple months and asked the same question and I was told the same thing very firmly. So, I went and spent my own money on a brake flush as a consequence. Then I find out on my last visit, from a very helpful person at the service desk that it would include all scheduled maintenance and I was up for a brake flush. So I had it done again but I wasted money on that and I’m very dissatisfied about that.

I came to Keyes on a Saturday night without an appointment. George was the only person that acknowledged and greeted me. I let him know that i was looking at test driving a car that was on top of my list. He was able to arrange a test drive along with initial conversation on the lease. We exchanged contact information. I thought it over and I reached back out the following Wednesday to George. George was able to provide some options. I made a decision and came in that Wednesday night to sign lease. Levon (i think, sorry if i got it wrong!) talked me through all paperwork.
