You would not believe what I've been going through over the last year with my car. An attempted break in has cost me over $11,000. Just got my car back after waiting 10 months for a $1000 in damage. I reported with the state, Insurance and whoever would listen. Just picked up my car yesterday from "LA FONTAINE" - they didn't even wash it. It's in much worst state than when it was when towed there. Needs another $1500 in work from sitting through the winter, spring, and now summer in their lot. Rotors are rusted, muffler rusted, paint peeling off the car, and cracked windshield on drivers' side, and a dead battery, all from sitting in their lot. Plus, they had 8" sticky tape marks left on the car that won't come off. Glass, parts, and dirt all over the inside and out. They didn't bother to wash it or fill the tires. No one cares! Even spoke with the GM. They don't care... they point to KIA and the insurance company. It's an old car (2011 with <100.000miles) but a great car. Was worth at least $5000 when it went to LaFontaine (Dearborn)...I'd be lucky to get $1000 now. White collar theft. If anyone has and suggestions and help, please let me know. This had been so stressful. Of course this happens when I've finally retired.

Ask for Mariah! She was super helpful and got things moving quickly. No pressure, let me test drive, and understood my situation and accommodated me by delivering my vehicle and letting me esign due to having other obligations. She had a great attitude and made the whole process great! The manager Brandon was fantastic, great personality and great vibes. He valued me as a customer and we had a few great laughs. Would absolutely recommend!!

After having only driven Fords for the last 20 years, I decided it was time for a change.
I was booked for an appointment to test drive a new car after work on a Monday. They were great with getting me in when it was convenient for me, and Miles was a great communicator.

Unfortunately, the person doing the scheduling had double-booked him, which resulted in him running himself quite ragged in order to make sure we were all being handled well, and our needs met.

Miles was kind, direct, honest and helpful. He helped me get into the car I wanted, for the very best possible price, and I drove out with it that night. He even made sure I had wheel and tire coverage at an affordable rate.

Because of the double-booking, it was an even longer than usual process, but in the end, worth it.

I love my Kia Soul!

Everything at LaFontaine Kia was first rate for me. The salesman I was referred to works out of LaFontaine Honda next door, but couldn’t have had a better person to guide me through the process. Vense Bryant was great to work with. Personable, knowledgeable and courteous. He definitely goes the extra mile for his customers. The manager at LaFontaine Kia Brandon Harris went to work assisting Vense in getting me the best deal possible. Ace the tech guy was the last person I met and he assisted in showing me all the tech gadgets that come with my new Sorento. People are sleeping on how slick these Kia’s really are. I was looking for a Grand Cherokee, but checked out LaFontaine Kia before I made my decision and I’m glad I did. More room, more bells and whistles for sure and a lower payment not to mention better financing rates. First class fellas all the way. Do yourself a favor and come meet Vense, Brandon, Ace and the rest of the LaFontaine family in Dearborn. You’ll be glad you did. I know I sure am.
