Wel handig in de tussentijd een kopje koffie en de krant gelezen.
Ook de prijs volgens afspraak en de werkzaamheden netjes uitgelegd.

Een zeer betrouwbare dealer. Kosten worden vooraf bekend gemaakt. Eventuele extra's due wel nodig zijn maar niet accuut moeten worden als optie voorgelegd tegen welke kosten. En een ja of nee heeft geen invloed op de top service. En niet te vergeten de zeer sympathieke balie/service medewerkers krijgen een dikke👍

Normally I don't write reviews, but I've been treated so poorly in this dealership that I feel like I must document it.

I was looking to buy a ~3 year old used car and I've narrowed down my choice to 1 of 3 Hyundai models - i30, Bayon, or Kona. This Hyundai dealership had all 3 options available, so I made an appointment for Saturday to test drive the specific models that I was interested in buying.

Unfortunately, I couldn't make the appointment due to a small accident that happened on the way to the dealership, so I called, explained the situation, and asked to reschedule. The person on the phone was very understanding and friendly, only for that reason I give this dealership 2 stars instead of 1.

However, the new appointment was made for 2pm on Wednesday. I had to take half a day off from work to make this appointment. When I arrived in the dealership, I was told the person who I had the appointment with was not there. I waited for 1.5h, while constantly being told that he'll be back either in 10 minutes or 30 minutes.. well, he never showed up.

Furthermore, the cars that I have selected for the test drive were not prepared for us. They prepared only 2 cars - one i20, which I was never interested in at all, and one new Bayon - not the actual one I was interested in buying. When complaining about this, I was told that "its the same car, it drives the same". They tried to make me feel like it was my fault for refusing the test drive.. well of course I'm not going to test drive a car that's not the car that I'm actually going to be buying

There were more rude things that were said which I don't want to get into, but in the end the conclusion is that I wasted a lot of time without ever getting a test drive, and I was treated very rudely by unprofessional staff. I will still buy a Hyundai, but I will be going to Tilburg or Den Bosch instead - this dealership will not be getting my business.

Went for a test drive and the A/C was not working.
I told them to fix the A/C and afterwards we could talk and also they should do a better offer, they said I had to buy the car first with the marked price and broken airco and then they would fix it.
I leave a pic here of the car with broken airco so maybe they can fix it.
