The facility is spotless and always well maintained. This is critical during this pandemic. I really appreciate this as I'm high risk.

Service Work is great - I've had no complaints regarding any work done to date. My vehicle is in top shape & aside from competent workers work ethic cost of repairs is reasonable & competitive.

When the time comes for me to get a new car I'll go to Balise Hyundai of Springfield - I know I can trust them.

Really disappointed with how I was treated by the service advisors and the conversation I overheard them having (making fun of customers who had just called them). I clearly was unimportant to them. I was there for my 2nd come back in 3 days and I was treated like I was annoying them.
