This the is garage you should avoid avoid and avoid with any cost
They are most unreliable and dishonest company I have ever dealt in my whole life.
For your own sake avoid them.
They are professional and nice to get you in to buy a car or services as you have passed this stage then you will not get a half of the services or promised they suppose to

Shockingly bad communication...
I took my Kia Niro into Brayley Kia because the petrol cap wouldn't open.
I was told the new part would take 2 to 3 days and they would be in touch.
After 5 days of hearing nothing I rang and was told the service dept would ring me back - nothing.
Rang back 3 days later and was told the service dept would ring back - guess what? nothing.
Rang back after 5 more days and was told I'd been booked in for the part to be fitted - nobody had bothered to tell me .
Dropped the car off and got a call saying the car was ready.
Went to pick it up - car wasn't ready .
I really don't know if I've been lied to - why tell me the car was ready when it wasn't?
Now I have to drop the car off again - this issue has now been going on for over a month!
I feel really badly treated.
This is a follow up to the message above. Due to my poor experience at Kia, they offered to pick up my car, fix it and drop it back to my place of work. Great, I thought. That's good customer service. How wrong was I?
The car was picked up as arranged and late afternoon I was told that it was ready and at 5pm was going to be delivered back to me. The driver was on his way they said, 5 - 10 mins they said (my work place is about 5 to 7 mins away). I left work, as it was to be closed and locked and waited in the cold. After 20 mins I called and a staff member who said he was stuck in traffic. I rang back after 40 mins and was told by a different staff member that he was def on his way. After 60 mins I had lost my patience with the obvious lying and asked to speak to the manager. I was then told that he had just left. He then arrived after I had been waiting in the freezing conditions for an hour and 15 mins. I am 63 years old and am really upset that I was lied to by several staff members. I suspect that the car was still being repaired when they said it was on it's way back. Terrible customer service.

Gave my car in for a service, they returned the car to me with no engine oil in the engine.
When I went in on the Saturday morning to tell them there was an issue with my car, and that it's been running with no oil, nobody seemed alarmed. They gave me a courtesy car and took mine in on the Saturday morning. When I went in the Monday morning to get an update, there was no urgency, no apology, they simply told me they added some oil, listened for any noises (all of which they did that morning) and returned the car. Also, the only thing that was urgent to them was, "can you get our courtesy car back to us in 30 minutes".

Responding to the reply from the owner. Yes the car did have an oil change, but thanks for lying. Check the attachment proving you changed the oil. I have a service plan on that car, and it's done less than 18,000 miles, the only time anybody has ever touched the oil in that car is when I bought into your dealership to have it serviced. The car had no issues on its arrival, no funny sounds, no lights on the dashboard. This was your negligence. The fact that your immediate response is again, not apologise, but rather cover your backside just goes to show you how great your customer service is.
