Beautiful newly renovated dealership. Micheal Falcone and the gentleman that handled my finances were superb. Extremely professional. They were straight to the point and aim to have you in and out the dealership in 3 hours or less. One of my most pleasant car buying experiences. Oh, Hyundai Burlington, you’ve truly redefined the term “transparent pricing.” I saw an Elantra online for $20,000 and thought, “What a steal!” But surprise, surprise – none of the actual costs are included in that price. When I showed up, the "out the door" price was over $25,000. And those beautiful "dealership fees"? Well, they were somehow higher than any other dealership I’ve visited. Guess what? None of that shows up online, because who needs transparency when you can play sweet little game called as 'guess the real price' instead? Add in a “certification fee” and “documentation fee,” and it’s clear Hyundai Burlington prefers the “mystery box” approach to pricing. You’ve really nailed the art of 'not' being upfront. Well done!

Dan, our sales rep, was patient, informative, and helpful. He worked with us to get us a deal that we were happy with. He did not pressure us, just helped us. Worked with Mike F and he was the absolute best. Very personable and answered all of my crazy questions. Was able to test drive vehicles before committing to the Santa Fe! I rarely write bad reviews because I always believe that the spoken word is powerful and any business deserves a chance to show what they can offer. That said, what transpired earlier today was borderline unacceptable in terms of false advertising.

On the dealer website, there was an offer for upfront $2,500 down and $78 dollars a month plus a doc fee and taxes on the 13-month lease; that’s it. A few years ago a similar offer would not be uncommon on a car like this especially as it was a prior year model that hadn’t been sold in over 140 days and due to the unique texture of the paint it's hand wash only.

Upon calling the dealer they confirmed those were the terms and that was the price, which was great and my family and I would come down to see it. About five minutes before arrival the sales rep called back and said their manager quoted for $7500 down; 3 times the advertised price. When we walked in to see the details they assured us it was in the fine print with “fees that add up” but we made sure to screenshot the fine print and none of the fees added up. The sales rep assured us that it would make sense but when we went over the full detailed sheet It point-blank showed that they quoted us for $7500 down and the additional 5K did not come from Hidden Fees.

Despite this, I was still really interested in the vehicle but the reps were incredibly firm on price and insisted on selling and not removing the additional accessory which did not come stock with the vehicle. At one point the salesman genuinely asked me if “I really believed I could walk in here with their advertised price and walk out with a car”. I told him, no I thought this dealership would honor what they advertise and be kept to their word!

What should have been a nice day getting a reasonable price on a vehicle for a recent college Graduate turned out to be a day for bait and Switch. Unless they correct this practice of baiting people to come in I cannot in good faith recommend this dealership.

The entire deal was worked out. We told us it would be 30 minutes tops...it took almost 2 hours and then they told us to come back and keep in mind it took over an hour each way. We had asked if they can take $10 off the lease which would total the "free mats" with the new car and they would not. Also they show on their website the car had 10 miles. They confirmed on the phone before we went that it was true...we showed up and it had 89 miles. Very Very shady!! Stay away!!

Sorry but you were not trying to give clear communication at all and wanted us to go home and come back when it is was convenient for you! Sorry that is not the way this works. I do not need to discuss any further I just want your customers to know how they will be treated and to go elsewhere where they treat you with the upmost respect they deserve when looking for a vehicle.

I knew what car I wanted when I got there. Ray-Rom did a fabulous job filing in all the details. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He didn't pressure me and made me feel comfortable during the entire experience.

I would recommend this dealership if you're looking for a car. I can't speak for all their employees but Ray-Rom was #1

Just got my 2024 Hyundai Tuscon from Burlington Hyundai and I couldn’t be more happy with the car and the whole experience!

From the moment I walked through the door to the moment I left my sales guy Alex was so friendly and courteous , answered any questions I had and guided me through the whole process with ease . Usually you spend most of the day at the dealership but that was not the case at all today, I was in at 2:00 PM and by 5:30 PM I was out with a new car !

Again thank you to Alex for going above and beyond for me today, and thank you Frank for working to help to get me a good deal , you guys are awesome . I highly recommend Burlington Hyundai to anyone who’s looking for a car and make sure you ask for Alex !
