We were looking for a new car to replace an expiring leased vehicle. We met with Ethan Harman who was able to find an immediately available car that was in our budget. I highly recommend this place to purchase or lease a Vehicle they are willing to work with you. Attentive staff not pushy like most dealerships and will go over the info you need to know. This is not one of those reviews were it was forced I purchased my new car a few days prior to post this. (THEY DO NOT DO THAT HERE) this is my genuine opinion. By far the worst experience I have ever had with any dealership. My vehicle has been with the service department since October, after continuous promises of completing the job on 1 of the their scheduled engine weeks it was a fail. After missing these two timelines, the new issue was they never had my engine all this time stating it was the wrong engine. But the Palisade only makes 1 type of engine so this is hard to believe. They told me there was nothing they can do but wait until the engine comes in by February. Now we’re in February it’s another issue as to why I can’t receive my vehicle stating something else is wrong with it. I do not know how this has been such a highly regarded dealer with so many problems from communication, to ordering wrong parts and finally finding new things that they would like for me to pay out of pocket when it wasn’t in the initial assessment.
