WARNING: Dishonest & Unprofessional—Stay Far Away!

My experience at Car Pros Kia of Huntington Beach was an absolute nightmare. Enzo and Ali were beyond deceitful, manipulative, and unprofessional from start to finish. Enzo even had the audacity to ask me to enter my Social Security number into his personal phone instead of following standard security protocols—completely shady and unacceptable. Ali, meanwhile, spoke to me in a condescending tone the entire time, making the process even more unbearable.

After deciding to unwind the deal due to their dishonesty, things got even worse. When I got my original car back, the right-side mirror was hanging off with zip ties, and they had the nerve to accuse me of breaking it—despite the fact that I have photo evidence proving it was intact before. And if that wasn’t bad enough, my installed amplifier had been unwired and removed without my consent.

The dealership refused to take any responsibility, refused to compensate me, and refused to even acknowledge the blatant misconduct of their employees. The complete lack of integrity, accountability, and customer respect here is shocking.

DO NOT trust this dealership. They will lie to you, manipulate you, and treat you like a fool the moment things don’t go their way. Take your business elsewhere—anywhere but here!

This dealership is everything you hate about car dealers. In a world where car dealers have tried to undo the past “used car salesman” moniker, this dealership is living firmly in the past. The chauvinistic salesmen are liars. Especially Ray. Don’t trust anything he says to try and get you to the dealership. He will absolutely backpedal on anything promised. The managers work to backup the liars. The finance guy Jimmy seemed to be the only honest person in the bunch and yet his hands are tied by management. They promised to match an offer I got from an online dealer and then told me there was no way I’d ever get that much when it came down to the deal. They didn’t bother to charge my new leased EV6 in the six hours it took to make the deal and promised to charge it to full if I returned. Every time I tried to set it up, they transferred me to voicemail. When I tried to stop by, they told me the charging station was down. It’s been three weeks since the deal and they still haven’t paid off my trade-in. My bank is wanting another payment for a car I no longer have. They didn’t provide any instruction on how to use the car, no charging cable or adapter and no usb cable for CarPlay. Do yourself a favor and drive down to KIA of Irvine. They have honest people at every level of management and service. Avoid KIA Car Pros of HB at all cost.

My husband and I had a great experience buying a car from them. Enzo was in contact with us all day as we traveled and had the car ready for us when we got there. We got a great price and they were not pushy on upselling us additional warranties. Everyone we encountered was very polite and straight forward. The experience was easy and we would definitely go back.
