My wife and I have purchased several vehicles over the years from the crew at Car Town Hyundai. We have always had great experiences. We recently purchased a 24 Palisade Calligraphy and were very pleased with how easy the entire process went. For the past three vehicles, we have worked with Adrian Villa. This time, Adrian was out of the office for the birth of his child so we had the pleasure of working with Sammy. I was absolutely impressed at his knowledge of the vehicle and his non pressuring sales approach. Because of that, we traded our 22 Palisade and purchased the new one. We were able to complete the entire transaction on our lunch break. Sammy had the car shined up and ready for us when we got off work later that afternoon. When we came inside, we were immediately greeted by Justin Warren (General Manager) who called us by name. He and his team did a fantastic job to make this experience and others in the past a positive and stress free one. Thanks to Justin, Adrian and Sammy for a job well done. We will definitely continue to shop with them.

This was my first experience with their Service Department. I had scheduled a service visit several days in advance to satisfy a Hyundai recall notice. Their email confirmation of my appointment even included an exact description of the work to be done, along with another recall code that I couldn't decipher, so they knew well ahead of time what part(s) would be needed to fix the issues. I had also requested shuttle service to my office so I wouldn't have to wait the two hours that it was supposed to take to make the repair. When I arrived at the dealership a few minutes early, the service advisor told me that there was another recall on the vehicle that could be fixed with a software update, so they would take care of that while they had my vehicle. He then asked me if I was going to wait for the vehicle or if I needed a ride to my office. Shouldn't he have already had that information? In any case, he said that the shuttle wouldn't be available for another 30 minutes, so he would take me to the waiting area, which he did. At a little after 8:30 am, the shuttle driver stepped in and called my name, so away we went. Two hours later, the service advisor called to tell me that they were able to satisfy the recall that only required a software update, but that they had run out of the part for the other recall the day before, and would have to schedule another appointment after the part came in. Here's my complaint: if you know exactly what I'm coming in for, and you know it days in advance, shouldn't you keep the part on hand that you know you'll need? And if you do run out the day before, shouldn't you notify the customer so that they are not inconvenienced for two hours, only to learn that they're going to have to do it all over again? While everyone I dealt with was extremely courteous, there didn't seem to be a genuine appreciation for the fact that my time is as valuable as theirs. I hope this improves for them, but I may be taking my vehicle up to Abilene for service in the future.

I have upgraded my review to 3 stars due to my return visit. My only complaint about this visit was the amount of time it took to make the recall repair. The service advisor told me it would take about an hour, so I decided to wait rather than catch a ride back to my office. Two and a half hours later, I walked back over to the Service Department since I hadn't heard from anyone. They were finished with my repair and were just crossing the t's and dotting the i's on my paperwork. Everyone over there is extremely courteous and helpful, and I'm hoping that the Service Department will improve once all of the construction is complete.

After reading the reviews, I was not so sure I wanted to go get my oil changed at Car Town Hyundai. However, my ex-wife scheduled it anyway.
All I can say is that i was given amazing customer service. Ask for Mr. MARTIN, he will definitely take care of you.

I worked with Daniel to purchase a new vehicle. He came highly recommended to me. I even live in Houston, and he worked hard to see that all my questions were answered and concerns were addressed. This was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. He kept in contact and was extremely professional and friendly. I spoke with the sales manager and he was equally as helpful and professional. They worked hard to get me a great deal, and my new car was even scheduled to be delivered to me in Houston. They made buying a vehicle so easy! I highly recommend doing business with this dealership, they are top notch!

My sister has purchased 2 cars through car town Hyundai in San Angelo Texas those two transactions went fine and the sales person was great. Then back in August Avery talked to her about trading in her car. He wanted her to purchase a new car and then turn her car that she was paying on back to the finance company as a volunteer repo. She told him she would not do that. So that was the end of that. He contacted her again in November telling her that they were paying off all trade ins and he wanted to see if she would like to trade her car in. She started the process with him and then was told again he wanted her to purchase the new vehicle and turn her othere one back to the finance company. She told him she would not do that. She told him it was wrong and it would also ruin her credit. She also told him that she is going through cancer treatment and trusting God to bring her through cancer and she wouldn't feel right about doing the finance company that way. Avery then tells my sister well you won't have to worry about your credit if the cancer treatment doesn't work.
Complaints have been made and hopefully something will be done about Avery

I picked up my car and got pre-approved all online! The salesman and I communicated by text until the day I actually went to test drive the car and drove it home. Good experience except they will not give me a copy of my contract and my payments are $200 more than what I agreed to?

Highly unrecommend!! They sold me a 3rd row seat Santa Fe & one of the seats would not go up & they knew it but failed to mention it. Also they refused to fix it, said my warranty wouldn't cover it that they'd charge me to fix it. They said this to me knowing they sold it to me like that!!! Also I had the vehicle less than a year & I already started having problems with it the panel on the car kept getting lose & I had to fix the AC. They will waste your time. Bug you all day telling you to come in that you won't have to put a down payment, when u specifically told them you couldn't. Then you go in & they try to make you put something down. Also they will rip you off put you upside down in your vehicle everyone that said that is right. They will try & tell you "they can't trade your vehicle you got from them but get somebody to take over the payments & they'll sell you a new car" The managers don't care. Hyundai in San Angelo TX is very unprofessional.
