My experience here was great, Jerry was our salesman. I already knew what vehicle I wanted when I came in. Jerry had great customer service, he offered water or coffee right when we started talking. Jerry was not only able to get me a great deal, but he was also able to get a small detail fixed on the vehicle as well, and the day it was scheduled to get fixed was the day I delivered my baby, but they were able to re-schedule for me. And I was even provided with a rental in the meantime. Everyone else that was involved had great communication and responded in a timely manner. Everyone was very friendly and respectful.

The sales team was fantastic, and the staff overall was incredibly friendly. The finance representative wasn’t pushy about add-ons, which was refreshing. I bought a used vehicle, and we successfully negotiated a fair price for everyone. Best of all, the entire process was quick—I was in and out in about an hour!

Bad dealer they sold me a 2017 ram 2500 with a bad transmission and I bought it specially for my work , I work construction and sense it’s a heavy duty truck it was perfect , durable , I drove it for 10,000 miles only and transmission broke on me, I took it back to the dealer and they said it doesn’t have no coverage for that, they didn’t want to help me anymore, I lost many projects of thousands of dollars because of them , I trusted them , now I’m stuck with a truck that doesn’t work , sitting there and I still have to pay for it , they charge $4.500 to fix the transmission 4x4 , just do me a favor stay away from this dealer if you can because they aren’t honest, they just want your money, they doesn’t even deserve a start.

Avoid the service department at all cost. They are not properly staffed. They are rude and deceitful. They were outright lie to you in your face. I came in for a battery issue on my Hyundai Accent. I was charged for looking at the vehicle, which was absolutely fine. But any dealership can tell you without even running any test if a battery has a problem. I told the service rep to swipe out the battery. He told me he did , in actuality the battery was never changed. Totally totally totally underhanded. Go to Long Beach instead.

Unscrupulous, shady, unethical, extremely deceptive and unwilling to work with you. I went here to look at a used Veloster that was listed for just under $7000. Lies. The out the door price included that nonsensical GPS alarm system that they installed and I didn’t want for an additional $1500. Plus a 3M coating for an additional $700. This was non negotiable. However, I was willing to pay for these stupid forced add ons if the car passed a pre-purchased inspection. They said I didn’t need to because they did a 100 point inspection and everything was tip top! More lies. On a simple visual inspection the car had body damage, part of the bumper was loose and it was missing the plastic covering for the radio antenna on the roof. They said they would take care of that for me. But if they missed that on their inspection…what else did they miss? Upon taking the car to a pre purchased inspection I was told the car needed over $2000 of work! Starting with a $700 oil leak. A window washer fluid reservoir with a whole the size of a nickel in it that needed to be replaced, $350 to fix. Worn out shocks that need to be replaced. Spark plugs that were old and needed replacing and a laundry list of other things that should have been taken care of before it was put out to be sold. When I returned and told the salesman that the car was gonna need $2000 worth of work he laughed at me and said that the mechanic just wanted my money. I told him that the mechanic was doing an inspection on YOUR car NOT mine! Why the hell would he be trying to get money for a car I do t own! Makes no sense! But he just kept saying that over and over like it was a cure-all to all the issues with the car. I told him that he either needed to fix all these problems or reduce the cost by $2000 so I can fix it. He laughed, mocked me, and was extremely unprofessional and rude. Said “There is nothing he can do.” Wasn’t tilling to work with me to make a deal, he didn’t even bother going to his sales manager and check to see if there was anything that could be done. He just kept shrugging, laughing, mocking me until I walked out. Later I got a phone call, he said he would take $2000 off. Obviously his sales manager got wind of what happened and probably yelled at him. But it was too late. I had already left. Don’t even think about going here. Do not do business with them, they will try to sell you a broken car and lie to you about the BS inspection they did. Then force you to buy BS add ons that aren’t listed unlit you ask for an out the door price. Then they will act unprofessional and rude. Avoid them at all costs! They are the worst of the worst! I’d rather buy a car from Craigslist and take my chances there then roll the dice with these short-sighted morons who are more interested in scamming you for a short term profit rather than secure your future business by making a solid deal.

I just left this dealership in Carson and spoke with the General manager Jose who assigned a car salesman Erick O. The car advertised at 8,047 miles for $21,998 got inside the car and the read the odometer, it read 13, 896, very deceptive! Can’t advertise one thing and customers show up and it’s a totally different story, I see why your review rating is 3.6, I would suggest anyone looking for a used car to look else where!!!!! I came from far away to see this vehicle, wasted my time……….
