The staff there use to be awesome always a smile willing to help up until maybe a little more than a year ago now the staff is very rude except for the girl at the front desk Shawn Ryan is rude I was just there yesterday because the hood of my car would not open this guy comes out he looked like we were bothering him very rude not so much as a hello he looked upset as If to say I can't be bothered we never felt like this before going to kia's I can tell u right now I will not go back this is my 3rd Kia I'm thinking of buying another and it will not be at Kia Central in Athoville there is no need to treat people like that bring back the old staff at least they new how to treat people, after all we are the customer if we had insulted him in anyway that would have been different but he did not and I do regret not saying anything at the time,

Been in there twice and it was 2 horrible experiences shawn ryan was rude and treated me and my wife like idiots !!! I recommend taking your kia elsewhere!!!!
