My wife and I brought our first car from this dealership. It was a 2021 Hyundai Tuscon. Excellent car, great safety features. Unfortunately our car was totaled. We went right back to Danbury Hyundai and the salesman Ernesto Rivera assisted us. We’ve know him for 4 years. Sometimes we come through just to ask a question and to say Hi. Most salespeople seem to be nice, but many do it just for the money…and that’s ok. But Ernesto was more concerned the relationship. We did run into a little “snag” while purchasing our new vehicle, “The Santa Fe” but Ernesto always made sure we were good and went the extra mile. He made sure his manager threw in a few “extra perks” because of the minor snag, and the manager Brandon did so. My wife loves the Santa Fe XRT, but we plan to move up to the next Santa Fe edition in the future! Thanks Ernesto Rivera! 👍🏾

Needed a new car quickly after an accident and got just that. Luis was super helpful and explained everything about getting a new car thoroughly. Definitely ask for him, he's super friendly and calmed any anxieties I had about getting a car. He also was super patient with my elderly parents who tagged along and answered any questions they had. Joshua and the team at Danbury Hyundai were fantastic from start to finish. I had gone in to this dealership to explore the possibility of trading in for a new Elantra N and I felt very well taken care of throughout the entire experience from test drive to deal close. Joshua did not pressure me to make any decision I wasn't ready for. Moreover, when my wife and I did decide to move forward with the trade he was with us every step of the way. And we couldn't be happier with our Elantra N! If you are with Josh you are in great hands.
