I went into Kia Danbury to look for a Kia Telluride that was in stock and Kevin did an amazing job getting me behind the wheel of one that was in stock. Kevin and so took the car out for a test drive and in just a few hours I was in and out with a vehicle. Anyone that needs a vehicle should ask for Kevin he did a great job

Moody is truly remarkable at what he does. he's hard working, dedicated, truthful and made sure I was completely comfortable with my choice and had everything I wanted equipped in my vehicle. He got me out of my used 2020 Hyundai and put me in a brand new 2025 Kia Sportage. He took the time to sit with me and review all my options, pricing, car goals etc and once I found what I wanted, made sure I understood everything about the vehicle before I left. he truly goes above and beyond for his customers and not just people who are his friends. Moody has been a long time friend of mine and is always a call away anytime I need assistance with my vehicle regardless the timing of how long ive owned it. The dealership in general was just very professional, helpful, on point and truly works with you to ensure your happiness and goals. If you need a car, definitely go to Danbury and ask for Moody, you won't be disappointed! 5 stars isn't even the rating he deserves, if possible he would receive 10 stars without hesitation

First, I would like to say that this was the BEST car purchasing trip I ever made. From start to finish, Brion, the Sales Manager was amazing, patient and answered our millions of questions not only that but eased our doubts that we had. He assured us that Kia Danburu was there for us and he proved just that! Corey, the Sales Agent we also worked with was so friendly, knowledgeable about the buying process and answered our questions as well. He was patient during the test drive as I was a bit nervous. However, Jose Medina gave a great advice as to why is a good idea to get a relatively new car with a guarantee. If you are going to charge $75 to replace air filters do you think you could at least use some of that profit to fix your advertised customer amenities?

Because instead of drinking coffee I spent the time Googling the price of the air filter and watching a YouTube video on how to do it so I don't waste money here next time.

I just bought a Telluride with Jose. He is an excellent professional, he explains things very well and he gives you all the attention you deserves. The only thing I didn't like was his supervisor, who was very arrogant and very mocking! Jose deserves 5 stars and I can't forget to mention that he left the store to get a car 20 minutes away because I was undecided about what color I wanted
