Totally deceptive. Their website claimed the total estimated total price (after taxes) was 32,800. When I got there, the car sticker said the same. When we went to talk about a price, it was over 40K! I told him I've never seen tack on fees this high and that's ludicrous! He said the total website price is just an estimate. I said well, your estimate is waaaayy off and I left immediately. Steer clear. Definitely cons! I drove two hours just for them to waste my time!

Update: After getting my windows tinted, a black gloss roof wrap and ordering rims, I spent less than 2k. And now my car looks like the car in their showroom that they tried to con me on for an extra 10k! I posted pics of the car they tried to sell me. But I purchased one from Hyundai Escondido for 31,900 out the door and did the mods myself, saving me thousands!

First, salesman Ali is wonderful! We left with exactly the car we had in mind with a very reasonable price. He was upfront and honest, answered all of our (many, many) questions, and even came in on his day off to make sure we could get the car as soon as we possibly could. He also washed the car himself two separate times, we were very appreciative of all his help!

The dealership and managers do have some accessories and typical charges, but were reasonable with their negotiations. We eventually came to a price that satisfied us. Just be sure to be prepared!

Financeperson Leo was also great! He ran through our contract quickly and without trying to add on any extra fees, we were very satisfied with his service.

We went to several dealerships looking for this car, and had some very terrible experiences with lots of added fees and "bait and switching". Overall, this dealership was by far the most transparent, and they were efficient. You're still of course dealing with your typical car dealership process, but I would definitely say this was the best place to do it that we found.
