My experience at the dealership was not the best but also not the worst. I walked into the dealership with what I knew I wanted in terms of the type of vehicle. I feel as though the sales representative I had showing me vehicles was very professional…but there was not much communication when it came to questions I had on certain vehicles. With some questions I ended up asking, there was uncertainty I felt like in the answers I got. I ended up walking out with a 2024 Kia Forte GT that I’ve had now for 2 weeks. I definitely love the car I chose, the customer service and communication could have been initially better.

I’ve always had nothing but the best experiences buying cars here! I’ve always worked with Shelby Noel who is now one of the sales managers and she always gets me the best bang for my buck! Just financed this 2022 Kia Sportage the other day with Hakim as my sales rep and it runs like a dream! And they always make sure you’re taken care of even after you leave the lot! Will always 10/10 recommend!

Posting for mom - My mother had her car serviced there recently and had an amazing experience with Alex in the service department. He took the time to explain everything to her so she understands, was very patient and answered all her questions. My sister has also had the same experience with him. Some of the other people in that department have no idea what they’re doing or how to treat customers.Alex goes above and beyond and mom and sis look forward to seeing him for their next service!

Had a 9:30 appointment for a simple Oil change and was still sitting there at 11:00. Service waiting area has chairs with metal legs that make loud annoying screech whenever someone sits down. The bathroom door makes loud banging noise when closing. These issues should be fixed so it’s a more relaxed space!! I was also having trouble with my key fob remote start. When I got the key back and after I left, the car would not start. I opened the key fob and saw that the brain dead mechanic put the battery in upside down. Also did not replace the oil change reminder sticker on windshield. Very frustrating, I’m not used to such incompetence and lack of customer care. P.S. Just by luck I had both key fobs with me which I never do. That’s why “they” were able to start the car. Alex is as helpful as he can be but he had no control once he writes up the service.

I had an extremely great experience buying a car for my family. From the moment I called the woman on the phone was warm and friendly. I set up an appointment and was greet by the manager Dave who was extremely welcoming and got me set us right away with my salesman Jeff. I can not say enough good things about how amazing Jeff was. We talked about what I was looking for and why, he listened to my concerns and needs attentively. Answered any and all questions without hesitation. The whole process was smooth and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend using Fred Beans Kia if you are looking for a car. Ask for Dave and Jeff and I promise you can’t go wrong!

Came in for an oil change, this was my first at the dealership. From start to finish I was amazed at the service I received. Everyone there was friendly and accommodating. There were a few problems with my car that needed to be addressed and everything was explained in a way that I could understand. I am very pleased with my experience here and look forward to returning for my next scheduled maintenance.
