From the moment I scheduled a test drive with Felicia to the moment I was handed the keys we were treated with respect and professionalism.

Our salesman Matthew C was an excellent employee who cared about his product and learned everything there was to know about his business. Matthew was courteous, a subject matter expert and overall an incredible salesman.

Our sales manager Anthony was bar none the best sales manager I have ever dealt with. He introduced himself to me before I even test drove the car and lent his time and knowledge to me far longer than any other manager before.

The entire experience was painless and we were treated fairly and respectfully. We love our new Telluride and look forward to being a part of the Gateway family for many years to come.

Terrence was very nice and very efficient. I've had long frustrating experiences at other dealerships, so I was very happy with how quickly things moved. The dealership is very nice and very clean. I haven't used it, but their free pickup service where they come pick the car up at your house, do the work, then bring it back, sounds great.

Great experience with the purchase of my new Kia Sorrento this past Saturday. Go see Terry Devlin. He was excellent. Very knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted. He was very patient with us. What I really liked is that he did not try pressuring us into the sale. Everyone was very nice and accommodating at the dealership. Just a great experience. Highly recommend!

And they even offer free transportation or delivery services of your vehicle if you are within 10 miles away. I get my 2024 Kia Telluride EX X-Line and 2024 Kia Forte GT Line both service from this location and the experience has been great so far.
