I’ve always been a German car man, ever since I was a kid. But recently Kia had been catching my attention, especially offering an 8 year warranty… so I decided to go check them out to keep my options open on my next car. I was served by a gentleman named Dennis. He went above and beyond with the service he provided, and also gave us his own opinion about the comparison between the three brands under that same Glyn Hopkins roof. It’s rare to get a sales pitch with personal preference. Dennis answered all out questions, and was more than happy to demonstrate how certain features work. Honestly speaking, the car could have sold itself to us (me and my brother), but a good salesman is actually needed in order to know exactly what you are spending your hard earned money on. We went on a test drive with one of the cars, and as Dennis was speaking to us and answering any question, he was also using maps on his phone to make sure we don’t come across and traffic, and actually get a good feel of the drive. I’d give that service an easy 11/10… Dennis is a valuable asset for the company!

Got my first ever almost brand new Nissan Juke from Glyn Hopkins at Romford Road branch. Just popped in the branch to see what's available. Met with agent Chris Paulo. He had been brilliant. He found me the perfect car according to my requirements. He just showed me the cars what's available in their website. I picked what I wanted. He promised the car will be available in few days time and he's going to call me once arrived. As promised, I received the call from Chris and I went back and picked it up. No test drive or inspection happened. Such a simple and smooth deal. To be honest the car looks almost brand new way better than the pictures. Have been driving it for few weeks already. Loving it. Thank you Chris.

Booked a car in October 2024 on mobility scheme. Today i have Spoken with Ole who says that he is the manager. Worst customer experience received from this person. Threatening me to cancel the application after 3.5 months of waiting. Was very rude and started shouting at me when i requested to speak with a manager. And told me that he is not in today. And told me that it does not matter who you speak with. Very unprofessional and told me if i call again he is going to cancel my mobility application.
I am not sure what to do next.
If some one can contact me from Kia East London.
It will be great.

Went to place an order on 12th September 2024, said my previous vehicle to be valued at 3.5k equity (if the vehicle come in a mint condition) when my new sportage is ready they said they had to revalue the vehicle so I sent pictures and details of my part exchange and then it needed to be valued at a lower price. Therefore I decided to cancel my order to requested for my deposit to come back. It’s been nearly 4 weeks and still the money has not back yet. In this dealership if they want to take money out of your account they are happy to take it within 2-3 working days but if you cancel an order due to their lies they like to drag customers’ time.

At first I felt they were good and their customer service agents are nice and polite. However after doing my service with them five times, I realised they don’t really do much besides change air filters and charge £250 per service. How do I know, I checked my car when I received it after the service with the service check list they gave me. They tick all the boxes even though they don’t really do all the things they say they ticked off the list. I told the service agent twice and all they do is reassure but still do nothing. My car used to jerk from acceleration and the issue was dirty fuel injectors or needed spark plugs change. They tick off that they did the checks just to find out the problem got worse and they didn’t mention anything about it having that issue or attempting to fix it. I emailed the guy (not gonna mention his name) about my concerns and he just ignored my email. Only thing they’re interested in is book you in for a service and if you ask anything else then they’re not remotely interested. I decided to do my service privately since this Kia branch just wants to make money. Very disappointed.

Worst experience in my life from a dealership. I put on a new dual clutch kit with them and i was having hesitation, they made me fix other components saying it’s this and that fault. I listened to them and fixed them other components still experiencing problem, but they’re still blaming another component now. I am suppose to have a years warranty on parts etc, but they keep denying it and saying its something else. The sales team kept calling me to buy a car from there never in my life not from that branch. I will also report them to TRS.

I would not suggest anyone to purchase a car through this dealership, I had a very bad experience in the 1st instance when I booked a viewing a car where I had paid £99.00 deposit back in August due to family emergency I was not able to go. I still haven't received my refund when I spoke with the manager at this branch I was told the payment has been processed on the 7th of September. I had called them after this date I had chased up via email and phone calls and everytime I was told it has been processed, so after getting fed up I copied in CEO of the company Mr. Fraser that's when I received an immediate reply from a manager Mohammad saying refund was processed with the screenshot that refund have been processed. This refund was only processed today 19/09/2024 after coping the CEO of the company so I was lied/mislead by its manager all this time. If this is the way they treat their customer by false promises what would have happen after sale. First impression is always a last impression. Never going to this branch. Have all the evidence.
