Lease - 2025 Kia Sorento with Anton the salesman. The whole process was so smooth, Anton was so attentive from the beginning to end, we ended up working out a deal for the price we need and the car we were looking for. Hollywood Kia the attention was superb, is not like other dealers were you feel they are hunting you. I went previously to Doral Kia, it felt like I was having to argue with everyone. First off I was shopping around after I went to Toyota of Hollywood where I bought my previous Toyota and they told me I was so upside down that I couldn't get the Corolla I wanted I had to purchase almost $40,000 Camry because I was that upside down so then I changed my mind decided I will go with the more affordable car I had to run into forte and I wanted a forte and then I found out they just continued it so I started looking for their K4 and I can get a better deal I was talking with Miami lakes Kia and I'd start looking at other dealerships and had seen that someone had wrote a review that Hollywood gave them a deal so good that another dealership so they couldn't believe it so I said let me see what they can do and Giselle from internet sales if that's the position you did such a good job with communicating with me and working with the sales manager to work out a deal to where I can afford the car into where they could give me the into my price range that I could afford she went way above and beyond we talked for almost a week and constant contact and then when she brought me there I was met with the salesperson name Oriel he was such a nice young gentleman he was very informative he made the process go so smooth he kept me inform ed through every process and even when things were taken too long he made sure to come ask me if I wanted to drink what he provided me updates the whole time so I wasn't just left there in the dark waiting I even the color that I wanted they didn't have it in stock so they had to go get it he said he had to go driving and go pick it up in the morning but I'd have to wait if I wanted that color I told him that was fine went ahead and finalize the sale but I had to come back the following morning to get my car I went and put my guys to work and even let me know that it would be another hour because the car was in detail which was no problem like I said he kept me informed the whole time would definitely recommend that you call and speak with Giselle if you have a question or just go in and ask for Oriel and he will make the process as smooth as possible for you and the team there will work with you to get you the car that you want and in your budget I never leave reviews unless they're extremely bad or very extremely good with that being said I love my car and if you're looking for a car I would head down the Hollywood Kia

Great car buying experience! From the very start Lillian was extremely professional and made me feel comfortable. She was knowledgeable and transparent. I was then introduced to the Sales Manager Angel who made the entire process very simple and straightforward. They both went well out of their way to work with me and get a deal done. Ps. It’s been a few months now and i got my first service done. I would like to thank Chris at the service department for a very polite and professional demeanor. Service was done at a timely manner and inspection was done by Mr.Wattson. Mr Wattson was very informative and detailed with my new cars inspection. He provided an in depth video review of the things my vehicle needs. Over all this dealership is a 10/10 and highly recommend.

Shady business.
My husband saw a car being advertised online for 22 k. He called, confirmed the price, we scheduled to go and test drive it. The car was exactly as advertised. However, their final math was so shady, it is the only way I can explain our experience. Be the judge. Car price 22k, Kia offered 5k for our car and we needed to pay 23k. Exactly, at Hollywood Kia, 22 - 5 is equal 23K. When we expressed our confusion they dismissed us as if we were the crazy ones. I was about to leave the place when the salesman asked us to wait for him to talk to his manager. We explained that our expectations were 22k for there car, 8 k for our car and we would give the difference cash around 15k. The manager came to our table just to "shake our hands" yes, his own words. According to him even if they gave us 8k for our trade in we would still own 23k for the car they announced at 22k. We never ever left a dealership without a car, between my husband and I we had already onwed over 12 cars, from different brands and dealerships, we have never felt so deceived, misled by a dealership.
