I recently had an outstanding customer service experience at John Starks Kia dealership, and I can confidently say we are very happy with our purchase!

From the moment I walked in, we were greeted warmly by the sales team, and they took the time to understand my needs without feeling pushy. Serge, our sales representative was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in (KIA Sportage), taking the time to explain its features, trims, and differences between their models. Serge was very helpful, walking me through every aspect of the vehicle, answering my questions with patience and providing valuable insights without rushing me.

In the end, the entire process—from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up—was smooth, respectful, and focused on providing a positive experience. This is an update to my original review two weeks ago. The young lady who sold me the car, Maria was great on the day of sale but after the sale and my initial review (which she stayed on top of me for) she checked out and has been no help to me. I have our text thread of her numerous “let me find out and get back to you” and never got back to me. She got the sale and the review, thats all that mattered. The sales manager, Damian was far more attentive and responsive. I had an appointment to come in so the issue(s) with my BRAND NEW car, that I paid cash for, could be resolved, the two men that came out were dismissive and told me I had to deal with service and kept asking who was my sales person…. I left the dealership and drove to the service center, met Henry, service manager who was kind, attentive and understood my frustration. He is working with me and I appreciate it. I purchased the car two weeks ago and my registration arrived in the mail expiring 5/2025. I inquired because of all my years of purchasing a vehicle I never had a registration for 4 months only. I was told it was transferred from my old car and that was how much time I had left and I would need to renew it Maria was very disappointing, A relationship with a consumer, especially on a car should not end at the sale. A brand new car should offer peace of mind and I should not be sitting in the service department weeks later because I took the initiative to go see Henry. No help from the person who was eager for a sale ONLY.

Stopped in to John Starks Kia in Queens on a friends recommendation and had a very good outcome. My salesman Serge went above and beyond to get me a great deal, and if not for my horrible credit, which is of my own doing, I still walked out with a beautiful 2025 Sportage PHEV. everybody from the manager to the credit guy, everybody was very nice. Positive reviews all around.. thank you guys.

If you’re looking to purchase a car, don’t look anywhere else. Everyone was such a pleasure to interact with from beginning to end. I went in to get my first car and my sales Rep Bryan was informative and extremely patient with me. He helped me with insurance and answered all my silly questions without making me feel stupid or uncomfortable. Since getting my car a few days ago, Bryan has reached out to see how I’m doing with my car and answer any other questions I’ve had. He has gone above and beyond. I came to John Starks Kia at 5pm after having a terrible experience at Plaza Kia in Brooklyn. Because I came so late , I thought there was no chance I would be able to leave with a car . Caroline was my car salesperson and she was swift and efficiently brought me and my dad through the car-buying process. I was lucky to be able to have such a diligent worker who cared about what I wanted and made it happen .I am so happy about my new Kia k4 and I love the car so far . I will definitely recommend this car dealership to other people I know.

Excellent Dealership and Excellent Experience. I submitted my inquiry online with what I was looking for and they accommodated me very quickly. I told them where I needed to be to make the deal and they didn't haggle me at all. I got my price and they were very upfront with everything. The car is great and the saleswoman that helped me was awesome to work with. Definitely go see Maria if you use this dealership. Highly recommend.

My visit to John Starks Kia in Queens was a pleasant experience. Everyone was friendly and greeted me with a hello. Maria Teri was my salesperson, and she was amazing! Kind, knowledgeable, PATIENT, she knew how the car functioned and took her time to show me the features. Even in my frustration, because we all know how a day at the dealership can go, she was reassuring and so nice. She made sure I left with what I wanted and did not try to put me in a car just for her benefit. I encourage anyone wanting a pleasant experience and fairness to visit John Starks Kia and ask for Maria! I go back on Friday for some additional things that could not be done at the time of purchase, but I expect that experience to be just as pleasant as the first (fingers crossed).

My experience at John starks Kia was fantastic!. The effort that my salesperson Emily Perez was very helpful to me and my family and her patience to insure every detail of the deal was done in a clear and concise manner was very much appreciated. She also speaks español if you need clarification and translation!. We got a great deal on the Kia K4, thank you to Emily and the team!
