I came here to share the incredible experience I had. As a woman from a low-income background with little knowledge about cars, I’ve always found dealerships intimidating. But at no point did I feel pressured into buying or rushed out the door.
The days of sleazy car salespeople are behind us, and Christopher Daniels is the perfect example of this new era. Christopher was exceptionally knowledgeable about every car I test drove, offering helpful tips and insights that went beyond the typical sales pitch. His approach was refreshingly genuine—no "sales voice" here. I felt like I was talking to an old friend, not a salesperson. Though my visit wasn't long, Chris made sure I was well taken care of. If I ever need car advice, I know I can go to him.
When it came time for the financial side of things, my stress level started to rise. However, after speaking with Jessica Gil, I felt completely at ease. She went above and beyond her role, providing support and guidance in a way I’ve never experienced before. She listened to my story and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Jessica even took time out of her own schedule to review my budget and expenses. Her dedication to helping me, even when it wasn’t required, showed just how much she truly cares for her customers. I only wish I had her insight and knowledge to guide me through other important decisions in my life.

Other things to note for anyone potential customers reading this: The business was easy to locate on GPS and on the street while driving. Handicap friendly parking and entry. Lots of parking available. The lot and inside the building was super clean and organized. Every other staff member I saw looked very cheerful and witnessing the relationships between them was nice. They all seemed like a family. Coffee, water and popcorn was available for customers. Accessible bathroom. The car I purchased was sparkling clean, no fingerprints to be seen, tires were even shining.

I’m not a person who leaves or reads reviews often. I have posted in the past, but mostly about negative experiences. There needs to be a significant motivating factor for me to bother. During our recent car buying journey that motivating factor was Hayley, our salesperson. She made this the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had, and at 54 years old, I’ve made some car purchases in my life. The staff who we interacted with were all very professional and everyone was friendly, but
I have to mention Hayley and Andy specifically. They were both very easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and Hayley was a top notch salesperson. I will recommend Key to anyone I know in the market for a new car, and I’ll do so with confidence.

I worked with Kyle (Sales Manager) this fall to purchase a used Tucson. Transaction was smooth and seamless. I am currently in the market looking for a second Tucson (both for my kids). Based on the positive first experience, I called Kyle to let him know we were in the market for a vehicle. He remembered us and referenced a specific Tucson (meeting our criteria) that had JUST come in and being serviced prior to sale. He said he would call me back when vehicle was ready to show (either that day or the next). My kids were very excited to hear the news. Never got a call back and, come to find out, the Tucson sold that same day. We live 10 minutes away. I guess being a repeat customer in such a short period of time, I would have expected at least a timely call back. Nope. Ghosted. Very disappointed that Kyle did not value/appreciate a repeat customer nor stand behind his word.

I recently accompanied my younger sister to purchase her first car, and I was so impressed with Andreas “Andrew” Constantinou’s service, that I came back less than 2 weeks later for my own purchase! He kept it real and was honest and transparent during the entire deal. This is something I greatly appreciated as this was probably the best experience I’ve had in the many times I have purchased a vehicle. He wasn’t a pushy salesman, I didn’t feel like I was being pressured to buy, but in fact, I felt like he had my best interest in mind, which is rare to say when you’re talking about car sales.
