I brought my car in for service. My service advisor, Ian, was absolutely fantastic. He kept me informed every step of the way - even let me know that the repairs were going to take a few days to be completed and set me up with a rental. I received regular updates from him, letting me know of the status of the repairs. I will not go anywhere else to get my repairs done...and I will also ask to be assisted by Ian. I highly recommend everyone come here for their repair needs.

Great service! As soon was we walked in they offered us coffee, water, chips. My son was happy to get chips. Everyone was very nice. After visiting a few other Hyundai dealerships I was unlikely to get a Hyundai because of the non transparency I was experiencing at the other dealerships. Just wanted to share my incredible journey trying to get in touch with Mission Hill Hyundai. It’s been a real test of endurance and patience. First, I sent them an email—five times, actually—just in case the first four got lost in the void of cyberspace. But apparently, their inbox must be on vacation.

Then I thought, “Maybe they’re more of a modern dealership,” so I left a request form on their website. I mean, who wouldn’t respond to a potential customer literally begging to give them money, right? Spoiler alert: no one contacted me.

At this point, I’m starting to think they’ve achieved some kind of next-level business model where they sell cars telepathically or just don’t want my business at all. Maybe I should try sending a carrier pigeon next?
