Eddie & Jesus did a phenomenal job assisting us!! Wow! They made it happen for me and my sis!! We are in love with our new cars! Kia great customer service!!! These guys were very patient and worked with us til the very end! Both of these gentlemen were honest and straight forward. I highly recommend this location they will do their best to get you what you want!

I had a disappointing experience with Kia of Clermont that I feel compelled to share. Initially, I was optimistic about purchasing a vehicle for my son, who is just starting out at 21. We went in looking for a reasonably priced car, with a sticker price of $24,000. However, things took a turn for the worse when we moved to the finance stage.

What should have been a straightforward process quickly became a nightmare. The monthly payment ballooned to $670, which is vastly disproportionate to the vehicle's original price. They placed us in a 72-month payment plan with an exorbitant interest rate that was simply unacceptable. As his father and co-signer, I was shocked to find that they had listed me as the main buyer, essentially locking us into a long-term commitment that my son clearly couldn’t afford.

To make matters worse, I noticed several hard inquiries on my credit report—around 7 to 8—just for this one vehicle. It felt like they were more focused on making a sale than on helping us as customers. Their approach left us feeling taken advantage of rather than supported in our car-buying journey.

I will not be returning to Kia of Clermont for future purchases. This experience has left a bitter taste, and I urge others to be cautious when dealing with this dealership. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Wow just wow. What a great buying experience. I’ve bought a lot of cars but I don’t think I’ve ever been given this much and treated so well from any dealership. Busy busy busy! Went to look at an EV6 thinking I could lower my Lexus payments. Ended up $200 more with the EV6 but no gas , no oil changes and I needed a bigger vehicle for company . Love the way it drives, super fast for merging into traffic and car has everything except it doesn't drive you. Sales staff nice and helpful. Would buy from them again.

Hello!! I would like to share my experience buying a KIA Carnival from the Kia dealership in Clermont, Florida, near Orlando! I had the opportunity to own a Sorento in Vancouver, Canada, and I also used Kia's services there! Well, I bought a brand new vehicle and my disappointment occurred the first time I used the car. The vehicle was delivered with a problem in the pressure system of one of the tires, with a problem on the right passenger door and with a dirty mark on the passenger's sun visor next to the driver. I returned to the dealership as soon as I noticed the problems (10 minutes after picking up the vehicle). In short: I had to schedule an initial service for the vehicle for 3 days after receiving the vehicle. And they adjusted the tire pressure system, did not clean the requested spot (which has oil or grease marks) and did not fix the door, saying that the vehicle came this way from the factory. I informed the salesperson, registered and will inform them of my dissatisfaction with the maintenance and service team (who, by the way, did not show empathy or the necessary care in communicating with a customer who was dissatisfied with having found problems with the vehicle, in the first 10 minutes of using the car). On the door, the salesperson filmed the problem, said he would inform the maintenance team and that they would arrange the necessary adjustment or repair! Which I believe will not happen!! Terrible purchase, terrible experience and terrible service by the maintenance and service employees at the dealership. I will inform Kia USA, and Korea and I will not own a Kia car again, this will be the last.

Ed the service manager at Kia of Clermont, is always the best, and is exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable about my car. I’m sorry to say but I’m moving away from the area, but Ed from Clermont Kia did advised me of one of his fellow managers to go see him at Wesley Chapel dealership in Citrus County.

Hands down KIA OF Clermont is Five Stars! The facility is clean and new, spacious for costumers and their families to relax and wait. The staff were professional and incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I swore off KIA after another location gave such poor customer care- but this location won me over! They went above and beyond to make me heard, understood and in the end helped me get exactly what I wanted! I would trust my family and friends here and have already sent one!

After purchasing my brand new Kia at this location a year ago here is my honest review and experience of the dealership and service department. Absolutely AWFUL. This location not worthy of your business.

If you enjoy sitting for 3+ hours for simple oil changes in crowded waiting areas with broken coffee machines and not changed red light on water filters this may be the location for you.

I’ve become extremely acquainted with the waiting area and the service team members because other than my regular oil changes, I had to bring my brand new Kia in for service 4+ times for everything from detailing to remove thick chemical residue on my windows, my horn not working, Electrical issues and Wires coming lose causing my CarPlay to disconnect randomly twice.

As I currently sit in the waiting area for my now 5th service visit for the same issues since purchasing my brand new Kia in OCT 2023. I filled with nothing but regret for bringing my business here. I would never recommend this location to anyone.
