I’ve picked up 2 of my past used cars from Kia of Huntington.
I wanna give a shout out to Peter, the used car manager for helping make the process easy and transparent. Above and beyond other managers.
- confirmed vehicle was in stock, scheduled an appointment and came in
- the salespeople were super nice and pulled the vehicle out front for me to test drive in the snow
- the vehicle felt smooth and in good condition, and they showed me the results of their service shop inspection.
- they didn’t play games on price, and were true to their online deals in my experience.
- once we agreed on a deal the car was detailed and I went for lunch. When I came back the vehicle looked gorgeous, I signed and drove off.
- the entire time I was there I felt listened to and heard. A lot of dealerships I went to in the past brushed off MY NEEDS for THEIR WANTS, but I feel like Peter, and Kia of Huntington, listen and actually give me what I want: a good car at a good price while treating me like an actual person.
If I’m ever confused, they’ve cleared up any questions I’ve had. They’ve never tried to sell me a car that I didn’t want.

I came in to see a specific deal that was advertised and they were so friendly. I was impressed. The sales person Ana, she is excellent and really nice. Then she introduced me to the rest of her staff and colleagues, Rommel, Steve the financial manager and the GM - they are all really nice and they have excellent customer service. They made buying a car really easy, everything was ready for me by the time I came back to sign the paperwork. I’ve bought several cars in the past and I have to say the preparation was impressive. After several month I received bill from Nissan and was met with horrible disgusting after service. Due to Kia’s negligence my credit score has been negatively impacted. Because they did not return Nissan car on time. I would not advise anyone to come here. Management was rude. All word no action. I wish I give them negative one star
