I seldomly ever leave negative feedback, but when the truth fits, wear it. Staff is good, management on the other hand.... the era of the customer is always right is obviously new to them. The Greeting form the young woman was a great experience. The over all service for the maintenance not fully aware of what all they do when it comes to the oil change, but some of my fluids were not full like my windshield fluids,the radiator fluid and break fluids were done. The two young men clean who my car did a very poor job they did not clean my ties only sprayed tie shine on them the car was not vacuum well and non of my inside was wipe down nor cleaned they did a very poor job

i paid off my kia will never buy another kia again ! was told my oil pan wasn’t part of the 100,000 mile warranty to later receive a call saying it is. Train your staff!! give better info

There was so much confusion and hectic situations going on with my past review but it wasn’t anyone but mines fault. The service department has been helping me with every question or concern I have regarding my Kia.

My wife took her car in for service due to ABS light on the dashboard . Was told in addition to the speed sensor that needed to be replaced ($543.90), that her car had additional "critical " items.

- Cabin air filter spray ($111)
- battery terminals that were corroded and needed to be cleaned (39.95)
-engine air filter and clean box ($64.98)
- battery replacement ($303.84)
- rear brake pad replacement ($269.94)

Since they already diagnosed the issue, and we would have lost the diagnostic fee we decided to let them fix the speed sensor and brake pads, and decided to defer the rest so I can take somewhere else or do it myself.

After we got the car back I checked the battery and saw there was ZERO corrosion (battery was less than 2 years old since we last replaced and still under warranty with AutoZone). I checked the engine filter and it was slightly dirty, but by no means "critical".

Saved myself over $500 by going to AutoZone for filters and to check the battery. I now question whether the brakes needed to be changed at all given everything else mentioned was a blatant lie.

Be weary of any non-essential "critical" items they recommend. We will not be coming back to these crooks for service again.

En las últimas visitas nos atendió Sabrina.. quien tiene mala actitud y falta de profesionalismo. Por lo menos mi esposo y yo nos sentimos discriminados y maltratados.
Hablo mal de su compañera q ya no trabaja con ella ( algo q el cliente no debe enterarse) y nunca tiene conocimiento de lo que se le pregunta.
